    Two or three months ago, I purchased two suits from this company's ******** ***** (*****) location in anticipation of starting a new j ob. They performed tailoring on both suits. Neither suit has been on my body since I picked them up.The job did not come through and I have had no reason to wear them. I did just receive an offer and pulled out the suits to start the new job next week. Neither was tailored/altered correctly and I took them to the fairview (***************** store where I bought them yesterday and where I was supposed to have "lifetime" alteration privileges. The well dressed and stupid young man in the store refused to take them since they had not been dry-cleaned. I explained to him they had not been worn, but he refused to accept them based on a s upposed "city ordinance." I then contacted another store in the chain and was told there was "sort of" a company policy, but there would not be an issue if I took them to another location. This has taken considerable time and effort and has caused a lot of undue stress. I want to be reimbursed for my time and trouble.
