    If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not do business this company! They are scammers. They make fictitious claims that someone is trying to trademark your business name and give fake info. They have people from overseas pretending to be paralegals and attorneys claiming you are going to be sued. When you confront them as scammers, they get nasty. They even pretend to be USPTO representatives and try to contact you via text and WhatsApp. No government official would ever contact you by those means.

    Scammers! They emailed my wife and I took over the replies. The EXACT same scam was reported on 11/02/ 2021 by another consumer. "***" wanted to schedule a phone call to discuss. I searched the Trade**** Electronic Search System ****** using different combinations of our domain name and found nothing. We own the domain name and there is no need to trade**** it. I emailed "***" that I will file a complaint with the Walnut/*********** Sheriff's Station for trying to run a scam and harassment if he contacts me or my wife again. A sampling of the emails:This is ********************* from the Paralegal Team of Pixels Logo design As briefed before there is a direct hit on your ****.Trade**** will be filed Today If no Objection is raised in reply to this email.You would require to cease all the use of this name as per trade**** Law, once the applicant has 8 - digit serial number - which will enforce their rights in all of the 50 States.Since we provide design services, we are associated with different intellectual property rights organizations like **************************************** (WIPO) and ************************************************). To keep us and our clients safe from intellectual rights conflicts, we share our records with the ********** and whenever there is an application filed with ***** which's similar to our database our internal system auto generates a notice regarding business trade**** filling. As per the Act of **** **** et seq, it is mandatory to register your **** to hold the ownership rights federally ---
