    In late November,I was having trouble with my dryer and the error code indicated that it may need the dryer vent cleaned. I called Green and they told me without even seeing the dryer, that it would cost ******! I am a 73 year old widow and I said the most I could pay was ****** and they agreed. I paid the technician through ****. After he had gone, my neighbor told me that I do not even have a dryer ventI have an ** ventless dryer! So the tech did absolutely nothing for ******! I have been calling multiple times a week to try to talk with someone about this, but their customer service reps say they can only forward my complaint to a supervisor who will call me backno one has called me back. This is criminal!

    ve a 100% success rate getting pee stains gone. This has to be a lie because as soon as he was done, I could still smell pee. He cleaned it a few more times, and the smell was still there. He told me to let it sit and allow the chemicals to work. Along with that, he had dirty water all over our floor and our carpet felt completely drenched beyond a normal shampooing. I asked how long would it take to dry and he said 3-5 hrs. I am creating this complaint over 36 hrs later and my carpet is still soaked. When I called the company to make a complaint and ask for a refund, they told me they would send the technician out to try again. I absolutely do no want them back in my home to do the same thing over again with who know what kind of chemicals and just want my money back for not receiving what they promise on their site, on the phone, and in person.

    False advertisement, HORRIBLE work, and customer service lies to you . On top of all that, THEY SEND OUT PEOPLE that do not look the professional part, they send someone out in a regular car with street clothes. They use a machine you rent from lowes. The job done was throw hot water on my carpet and ATTEMPT to vacuum it up, leaving my carpets soaking wet and still dirty
