    I purchased a matched pair of *** sticks for a PC from ****** on 6-22-23. This *** had a lifetime warranty from this manufacturer (G.Skill). One of the *** sticks died in November 2024. I then initiated the *** process with G.Skill because it was out of the range of time for ****** to deal with. I followed the *** process carefully and sent in BOTH *** sticks (since they were a matched pair). When I finally received the package back from G.Skill (which was supposed to have 2 brand new matched *** sticks in it), they only sent back 1 *** stick. I thought there must have been a mistake, so I emailed their *** **** (they don't take phone calls, unfortunately). They informed me that their logs indicated that their receiving technician who opened the package only saw 1 *** stick. I asked if their records indicated that the package was damaged in shipping. They said they had no record of it being damaged in any way. Since there's no damage, I can't file any claim with **** G.Skill has shown zero willingness to help in any way. I lost $109 on this purchase from them.

    After an internal audit, our records show that we only received one piece of a two piece kit. The records show that the serial number we received was ***********. In the return documents the consumer listed two serial numbers ************ and ************; however, we do not have any records showing the receipt of 23232676160.

    As a one-time customer courtesy, we have instructed our ************** to issue a replacement for that lost item.
