    I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I have been using this platform for 3 years. I'm a small business owner and I run a small farm with horseback riding lessons, farm classes, and we serve as a venue for parties. I was willing to spend the money on oncehub, and for 2 years they were great and met my needs. The past year has been a nightmare. Reservations completely missing from the program and yet my customers were charged via paypal Paypal integration mysteriously STOPPED working and I NEVER received any notice so three days of reservations were taken but NEVER collected by Paypal. Most disappointingly, oncehub has made absolutely no gesture to correct anything aside from a humble apology by a tech person on the phone. It's pathetic really. Oh! And their email system can't handle receiving a pdf file, so when I was sending documentation on the issue none of my emails were received; the excuse was a pdf was attached. I'll be firing them as soon as my semester ends and migrating to a new platform. I hope I can save someone else the headaches. UGH!
