On or about March 22, 2025, I ordered a Delta 3 Plus, Extra Smart Battery from Ecoflow. I paid by credit card. See attached invoice.I received the extra battery. It worked for approximately two months, then failed. The battery is warrantied for 5 years.I contacted Ecoflow customer service. I sent them a picture of the failure code of the battery.I sent the battery back to their return warehouse via ****. See attached **** return receipt.Ecoflow used ****** delivery service to send out the replacement battery to my delivery address in ******* (we use a Tropical Shipping address for some deliveries. Tropical ships our items, via boat, to ****************, VI. Ecoflow does not ship directly to ****************).OnTrac, tracking showed that the battery in transit had a delivery date of June 20, 2025. On June 19, 2025, ****** tracking service showed, "item is delayed" message.I contacted Ecoflow customer service. They told me to be assured that the delivery would take place. As of June 26, 2025, ****** has not delivered the the warrantied battery.I attempted to contact ****** several times. I could not speak to a person. Only chat. My chat revealed no answers. Just "shipment delayed" message.I have an email chain of approximately 30 back and forth emails with Ecoflow regarding this defective product return. My River unit failed 1 year into ownership. They could not repair or replace with same unit. Sent me a newer generation with HALF the power output. This is unacceptable. I've tried emailing and calling. No one returns my emails, calls, or concerns. I'd like to at least get some answers as to why they keep ignoring my concerns, and hopefully exchange for a unit that has the same power output as my old unit. If that's not possible, I'd like to return this lesser unit they tried to send me and also receive a full refund on the original product I purchased. A warranty is only as good as how they treat their customers. And so far, this warranty is a sham.Initial Complaint

I would like $500.00 and the River 600.I placed my order, EFUS-******, on 11/30/24 at 2:36am EST. 1. I have not received my full order. The purchase included two 220 watt solar panels. I have only received one to date. I have complained to the company about this, "CRM:0012200003995" and have been told, essentially to be patient. I have paid for my order in full and the company seems to have no issue in not delivering my product.2. Upon purchase there was a promotion where I would receive a "power hat" with my order of a sufficient dollar amount. I met that threshold. The promotion was visible on the website at the time I ordered. I have included a screenshot of a similar promotion example from EcoFlow's website demonstrating that their promotion included no link to rules or regulations. Additionally, in my complaint to the company I mentioned that they have not delivered my hat. Suddenly they are saying that there was a promotion time frame that ended on 11/29/24 and that I ordered on 11/30/24. Their US headquarters us in *******, **********. My order would have been placed at 11:36pm PST. Given their headquarters, the governing time should be PST and my order should qualify. Even if this is not the case, my order should qualify as the promotion was still being advertised at the time I placed the order. There is essentially a 'if you spend $X we will include Y' promotion happening all the time. They are clearly trying to s**** me over here.Initial Complaint

Bought EcoFlow River 2 Max through ******* March 2024. The "backup" battery did not function after the power went out. The company replaced the battery August 2024...the replacement battery also does the same. I am seeking a refund, but EcoFlow says I must go to *******; ******* says I must go to Eco Flow, then suggested the ******** extended warranty will cover it. No, it won't until the original 5 year warranty from Eco Flow expires?! Here I sit with a battery that turns itself off during power outages, and will not turn off otherwise.Customer Answer

CASE # CAS -20240916-679152 ECOFLOW is not clear on its products. It advertises a solar charging maximum of 2600w, yet none of their products are clear to support it. When temperatures drop voltages go up. So I'm not sure if ecoflow is aware, but people who are going to drop $3,700 to $4,500 on these products who actually want to fully utilize it to the maximum. I don't think ecoflow's pushing that concept. To be clear, we are not wanting a product that's going to fall apart because it was under-engineered. This is the information we need to get to the bottom of now so that if we need to return a product we'll do so at ecoflow's expense. Or if we can figure out the information that we're trying to achieve and it actually is possible year-round then we're all good to go.Initial Complaint

I purchased the EcoFlow Wave 2 and its Add-On battery from ShopSolarKits.com in July, 2023. These products are Manufactured and sold by EcoFlow. I experienced many mechanical problems, and was sent two replacements after I returned each defective unit to EcoFlow. Currently, the second replacement (3 units total...) is experiencing major issues, such as loud noises and drain malfunction. It also changes from A/C to heat on its own, which has occurred 4 times. The battery, which was designed to be used with the Wave 2 only, has also experienced malfunction. All of these events were documented through photos, videos, and e-mail communications. I have cooperated and complied with all requests. EcoFlow employees have been kind, but no resolution has been reached as they defer ALL responsibility to ShopSolarKits.com. By law, manufacturers and retailers both share a level of responsibility in their obligation to sell defect-free merchandise. After using 3 Wave 2 units, and contending with the battery as well, I am seeking a full refund for the units, as it is painfully clear that there are manufacturing defects which are not isolated incidents. EcoFlow has refused to refund me for the add-on battery, despite the fact that it was designed solely for use with the Wave 2, and is useless on its own. As I have no intention of trying any more Wave 2 units, the battery is useless to me and I should be refunded for it as well. Please assist me in receiving a full refund. I am also filling a separate complaint against ShopSolarKits.com. I am disabled. This has been very stressful and is taking a toll on me, as I MUST have reliable air conditioning for health reasons. As per the request on your website that if a business resolves the issue despite a lack of response to BBB communications, please know that the issue has been resolved regarding faulty equipment sold to me through ShopSolarKits but manufactured by EcoFlow.
ShopSolarKits would not refund the money without being reimbursed by EcoFlow; although I hope that this would have changed had EcoFlow not done the right thing. EcoFlow accepted the faulty equipment back and issued the credit to ShopSolarKits, who then processed my refund of $1,725.00; therefore, the issue is resolved. (complaint ID ******** ShopSolarKits AND complaint #******** EcoFlow).
I don't know why EcoFlow did not respond to you, but can only assume that they aren't concerned with their BBB rating and prefer to strictly deal with the customers. That being said, if you wish to include this positive outcome on your website, please feel free to do so as it may offer hope to future issues regarding problem equipment resolution.

August 2021 I bought an EcoFlow RIVER ****************** Station for ****** becauee we were hvaing power blackouts often inb my state California os I got this for emergencies, it was not known at the time I bought this, but it is now know that this is a faulty model and they do not sell them anymore. Because i got this for emergencies I did not know it was faulty right away. Later I used it 3 times for a short time not even a full 24 hours I dont think and it will not charge back up or power back up. I found online when looking to trouble shot that many people had this iassue with this model and even customer service acknowledged that it has probelms with this modeo in the bettery. This is a faulty product that they did not recall and shoyuld have and I tried to get them to work this out and they only offered me $10 or 10% off a different modelInitial Complaint

My Eco Flow Generator stopped working. Called **************. Emailed document to fill out. After that I received a case number. CAS-********-******. They told me to wait ***** business hours and they would send me a shipping form with the address attached. 1 week went by, called customer service and did not help me at all (Check Trust Pilot reviews). I then went to ************************** (HQ) .No eco flow offices in the Building . Went to ***************************************************************************************** offices inside. I exposed this online on Trust Pilot, as of last night, the ************************** was no longer an HQ for ECO FLOW. ************************** will be next. Then I looked up San Francisco HQ. Called the phone number and went straight to beep beep beep etc:. No longer in service. Finally they emailed me a shipping ticket with an address without a Heading. It simply had **************************** **********. Went onto ****** and found the address with the phone number ************** EXT #***. I was told that they don't repair ECO FLOW generators at that address. I emailed ECO FLOW again and currently waiting on a response. This company has a lot of false walls that I will continue to peel away like an onion. I urge you to look into this company. They will respond to trust Pilot. Mine is ************ Take a look. I contacted EcoFlow on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 to let them know about issues I am having with my Delta Pro batteries. I use these batteries to supply power in my grooming trailer and at this time I cant get them to charge, making it difficult for me to work. Ive done everything that EcoFlow told me to do. I sent an email to them on Monday, June 10th and again on Wednesday, June 12th informing them of the situation. I have not heard back. These batteries are a very important part of my ability to operate my business. One of the batteries is 2 months old and one is 6 months old. I have already had to send one battery back for replacement because of issues. These batteries have not been reliable, which I need, and should be covered under warranty. Since they have been unreliable I would like a refund for my 2 Delta Pro batteries with voltage hub and 2 additional Delta Pro batteries.
