I ordered a TNX3 for $1999. The shipping was stated to arrive 3 to 5 days. I didn't receive the scooter for a month and it was non functional. I emailed the company several times over the next few months and kept getting excuses for a replacement to be shipped. Eventually they quit responding to my email all together and as of now the website is no longer up. Not only that but they never sent me the other two items I ordered. So now I'm stuck with a scooter that does not work and no way to obtain parts to repair it since they obviously are not going to send a replacement. All promises to initiate a partial refund, send a replacement scooter, and so on have not been met. I'm not sure how I can resolve any of this now since they no longer are active.Initial Complaint

ORDER #TN12782022 on 5/11/22 claimed in stock 5 day shipping ended up with delivery at 6/23/22 , offers of partial refund never honored (have emails from. Them offering such if needed) but my complaint is on the overall fraud of this business clearly it's a cash crab if you look at site they clearly have put a lot of effort into product claims for warrentys and also if purchase items like the tnx3 as I did new it says clearly it comes with extras of a full winter protective gear pads elbows kneea gloves face cover a spare set of tires and break pads, none of that was sent only got a carrying bag with scooter. And it highly influenced my decision on purchasing from them, now after the initial shipping and refund setbacks and false claims there products claim to have warranty services I've sent 6 different messages via email and through the site to inquire about a warranty issues, and even if not warranty worthy to get nessisary repair parts so I can use product , back wheel hub around the valve still broke a few inch chunk of, no other damage anywhere on scooter sent pictures it seems to be a fault in the metal at manufacture, but I state clearly in all attempts that I will gladly purchase the parts needed to repair scooter can use the **** scooter that is currently a paper weight. It's clear the company has no real. After sales service or warranty service like the site has all over it, ifs false advertising and misleading information that seems to just **** ya into the initial sale and that's it, would of never bought if knew all that was false there sites claims of after sale service needs be taken down at the least. I would love a rear motor assembly and tire tube for my tnx3 the original items missing from purchase would also be nice as well as the partial refund that offer and again didn't get. I have all email correspondence of the delays and their offers as well as my attempts at warranty and after sale service if neededhopefully you can get their attentionInitial Complaint

On April 25, 2022 I purchased a scooter from Talenic in the amount of $1,599.99. I was told it would arrive within the same week, it arrived on May 10th. After 10 days I contacted them as I hadn't received the scooter yet and they said they were based in China and that is why it was delayed. From the beginning one of the two motors on the scooter never worked and Talenic said they would send a new scooter. This took a month and a half to receive but I finally did on July 6. I asked for a return label to send the 1st one back and never received it. The suspension on the 2nd scooter failed immediately and the company said that they would send another scooter. Within a week the company said that they could not send the scooter as they had gone into lockdown because of Covid. On August 18 Talenic said that they would refund the money I paid initially in full but it would take 3-5 days. On August 25 they said they were still working on sending the money. That is the last I heard from them.
To this date I have never received a refund, I have 2 scooters that don't work and the company will not respond back to me.
Talenic failed to provide the service they said they would.
My dispute is to receive the refund they told me they would return to me in full.
The company will not respond to my emails or text messages and my bank, Wells Fargo, is not assisting me in any of this.

I purchased a electric scooter and saddle from the company website. The website never updated my order or provided a shipping number for my order. A large box containing only the scooter and charger. No owners manual or instructions, and no saddle. After looking up online how to put scooter together, I noticed the center locking mechanism was broken and made it so the scooter could not be folded for travel. I emailed Talenic support and the said they would update me on the saddle part of my order and provide me with a video to properly work locking system. I tried the method shown in video and still the center lock was broken. I tried the scooter on a local bike path and the breaks completely gave out on a hill which lead to a fall and minor personal injury. I am completely disappointed with my purchase from Talenic and would like a refund for the 1800.00 I spent on this defective scooter and the saddle I never received.Business Response

The scooter has a quality issue so I contact to exchange it in June, I was waiting for one month and still didn't get it, then I contacted them for a refund and the customer service told me will be a full refund to me and already requested to refund it. it was three months but I didn't get any refund. My stepson purchased a ******* scooter but the delivery could not be met. He used his Debit card. ******* indicated that he would be issued a refund to his account but we are still waiting. Customer order number ********** ordered by ************************ On 9/26/22, ****** requested a refund. ******* responded that they accepted the refund request and that they would provide refund back to his debit card within 14 days. It has been overdue now and we have tried to call the company and also chat online. Calls made to the support line just get disconnected, and online chat says not available. It appears this company is either out of business or is not responding to customers. We would like help from BBB to get this situation resolved as the cost of the order is significant. I ordered a $1600 scooter from this company on August 29th. It never shipped so I asked for my money back, they said 1-5 business days before I would see a credit on my account. It has now been over 7 business days and they will not even respond to my emails, their phones do not work and nor does this online chat. You can't get ahold of anyone. I have been told over 30 times that my scooter has shipped or will be shipped and never provided a tracking number. so far I've been told that the warehouse was down, then shipping was not running, or that you haven't had stock. Every website I've searched has hundreds of people going through the same thing I am going through. Please ship my scooter or refund me. I've been beyond patient, considering you have $1600 of my money since mid August. I want a tracking number immediately. This is completely unprofessional and corrupt to do to someone, especially in this economy. The scooter was a gift for a birthday present and two months have passed since the birthday. Please just ship me the scooter.
