I pre-ordered the Bigscreen Beyond 2e headset from Bigscreen, Inc. on March 24, 2025, paying the full amount by credit card via their official website.Since then, the company has postponed the shipping date several times without providing a definite delivery schedule. They did not give customers the opportunity to consent to these delays or to request a refund.I contacted their support team multiple times requesting a status update and a refund option, but their replies were vague and ************ of today, I have not received the product or any refund.

On 4/9/24 I ordered a Bigscreen Beyond headset. When it arrived on 5/29/24, it was non-operational out of the box. There are barely any setup instructions or troubleshooting guides. After hours I figured out that the link box was faulty and would only power from my monitor's USB hub. Finally, I put it on and my stomach turned. The view was overtly crooked. The tracking (including controller) was horrific despite having 3 base stations. These are all issues they have had repeatedly across their customer base. When you request a refund, they try to coax you into changing your mind with one little tweak or tip after another. *If* you are lucky, you'll be using this thing 3 months after your initial delivery date. Your first IPD will be off and you will need to send it in to try another one. Finally, I was able to try again on 7/21/24 with a smaller IPD device. After all this time, I finally get fed up and request my money back. The issues all persist. They hold me hostage and remind me that I agreed to the terms all the way at the bottom of the store page that there would be a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of 'custom materials' which only includes one component, not the entire headset. There is nothing custom about the headset hardware, it is simply one model per IPD. They removed my access to the exclusive community that buying the device gets you with no explanation of what policy I broke. I rebuked this anti-consumer 'restocking fee' citing the faulty hardware, poor support, and my willingness to even troubleshoot this long, which goes well beyond buyers remorse, and they refuse to comply. I want them to stop advertising their headset as an OLED display with a small sweet spot. The 'sweet spot' is the only usable spot. A screen is useless if you can't see it. They should have to advertise the sweet spot as the usable screen size, not the entire FOV.
