    On 12/31/24 my account was deactivated and I was contacted by safety via email and have not received any answers as to why my account was deactivated. I have lost out on money due to this. I hope I wont have to result to my lawyer in regards to this situation

    They locked my stripe account where my earnings of ******. I can't access my account and get my income earnings.

    Clipboard deactivated my account for a failed background check. I dont even understand why it failed I dont have anything alarming on there. I work with Shiftkey and passed their background check every year . I think this is unfair . No where did they give me an option to speak on this matter before they deactivated me. I just want to work thats all.

    Clipboard health has an ongoing promotion where they offer $50 sign up bonuses and they are supposed to be paid immediately upon your license approval in the app, that means you dont have to have all your documents uploaded for you to receive it and its paid out instantly once you add your referral code, to the card you have on file. But for the past 2 weeks, people are signing up and not receiving their bonuses immediately, in stead they get no bonus and are given some escalated ticket which never gets answered or resolved. You can only contact them they chat and they always escalate a ticket and tell u to keep waiting, and Ive been waiting a week for mine now and still have never heard back from them! It takes a few minutes to issue a bonus but theyve let it go on so long now without fixing the issue of why its not being paid out immediately anymore that its causing high volume in chat and now you cant get in touch with anyone! This is so unprofessional and ridiculous! This company is so shady and their customer service is awful, they help u with nothing, ever! Ive waited long enough for a bonus that was supposed to be paid to me immediately! If you guys are gonna continue to advertise this so called instantly paid bonus, then fix the issue of them no longer being paid immediately to people! If not, then change the requirements/rules for the bonus because it tells us its gonna be paid immediately and its not!

    I am requesting Clipboard health delete my account. CBH is the worst nursing agency Ive ever worked for. Customer is strictly by chat now and half of the time no one even responds! Delete my account immediately.

    This company has not paid me. Im a travel RN I drove over 500 miles from ***** to ******** to help a facility out due to dire short staffing ratios. I worked a total of 14hrs with no break. I was the only nurse in the building. This company has denied my instant payment because of me staying over 2 hours and not abandoning my patients! I will take this to court if they dont pay me.

    Clipboard Health is refusing to delete my account. This includes refusing to delete my banking account information. I have emailed and called them numerous times requesting they delete and explaining that I am unable to do it online due to website issues on their end. They use "Stripe Account " and I've also contacted them. They referred me back to Clipboard Health, as CH is the only one who has the ability to remove my information. I don't understand why ** refuses to delete my information and account. I feel this company must have nefarious intentions, and I've had to monitor my checking and savings account continously. I DO NOT WANT Clipboard Health to have any access to my information.
