I maintain a few vehicles for some elderly folks in a development called Trilogy in Bonney Lake. An employee at the sales department in Trilogy named Emily Lyons was responsible to pay me for detailing two of their company vehicles and after a dozen emails and phone calls she is still giving me the run around regarding payment.
She is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, i am completely dumbfounded at how she runs a team of people.

**** Homes Sales Representatives at Cota Vera Community are not transparent with their Priority List. It was October of last year when I signed up for the priority list and January of this year I made an inquiry about my place in line last and was told that I was in the 900's.

Finally, July 7, I received an email to prequalify for the July 11 phase released and the next day July 8, I received my pre-qualification letter about 3 days prior to the Phase Released.

I participated in the July 11 phase released and it was via zoom. There were about 30 people who joined the zoom meeting and numerous participants were asked by the sales rep as to whether they have prequaled and out of about 5 who were called out only one answered in the affirmative, the rest were not able to complete their prequalification. Later the sales rep then proceed that she would start calling buyers from the top of the list who does not have contingent and if there's still house available, then next are with contingencies, but she failed to mention that those who do not have prequalifications will be at the back of the list. 4 houses were released, she started calling and some buyers deferred and some picked and when the last house was selected by a buyer, the buyer asked questions and started with the sentence that he would like to talk later about his selection and the house that he has to sell. Some buyers then started complaining that why were their names not called, it was clear that the last buyer to made the selection had contingency. They were told by the sales rep that they would talk later. In my opinion it should have been cleared by the sales rep with the rest of the participants for transparency. The sales rep should have revealed the list in order including the buyers who deferred prior to the release and who were present prior to the start of calling the first buyer to be transparent.
