    I purchased several boxes of tea from this company based on information I read on their website regarding the quality of the product. Directly from their website "The shelf life is three years from the manufacture date with the expiry date on the box. I made my purchase on Jan 17 2023. Deceptive marketing/advertising
    Company identifies 3 year shelf life from manufacturing date on website but sent three boxes with expiry date of by 7/23 for tea ordered 1/17/23. When notified one day after shipment was received, refused to replace at least two of the 60 tea bag boxes. I also purchased a mug advertised as 16 oz and it barely holds 12 oz. I heard back via email and the company does not stand behind their own quality commitment. I am not impressed with their deceptive marketing tactics and their refusal to make it right when called on it. Beware and buy in small quantities as they do not honor their 5 day return policy.

    The company issued a credit refund for 55.00. I am thinking it was the cost of 2 boxes of tea and the mug. I also noticed the web site was corrected regarding the size of the mug and the wording regarding shelf life has been revamped. The *************** is now identified as 18-24 months. Thank you**** for your assistance in this matter. Issue is now resolved.

    I purchased some tea from Vadham India on 8/24/22 from their website. I received the tea the next day, on the 25th. It was delivered by******* Delivery, although I did not purchase it through*******. Total purchase price was $68.61. Every box had an expiration date of 9/2022, which was 5 days away at the time. I immediately contacted the company through their Customer Help address. They have no phone number listed. I received no reply. I have contacted them several times since, and have never heard back from them. I sent photos of the tea and my receipt.

    Due to an issue in logistics, wrong products were shipped to the customer. Once the customer reached out, our team immediately offered to ship a replacement of any other product of the same value, identifying the recurring issue.

    Attaching the documentation of the conversation with the customer.

    Like the conversation suggests, it was a mishap and not malintent that caused this inconvenience. As the customer requested, we have initiated a refund as well, which should reflect in the customer's account in the next 3 to 5 working days. Attached is the documentation for the same.
