    I took my hardly to waterford mot.orcycle and atv'srepair shop and I got a few things fixed and repaird. From: handle bar's, clutch, and CD player. When bike was returned my tail light nolonger works and the original problem I went in for which was my clutch went out the same day I picked it up

    Thank you for bring this issue to my attention. As we discussed on the phone. The running lights were not part of the repair order, you were allowed to test drive the bike and you verified that the job was to your satisfaction. The original shifting issue was due to a broken clutch cable, I advised you of this and you asked me to replace it, after ordering your replacement cable you informed me you now wanted to install new bars and I let you know the cable you had me order would not work with the new 20" bars. I had the bike almost 6 months as after getting the work done you informed me you did not have the money to pay for it and asked of I would let you take it and make payments, I informed you that was not inline with the shops policy which is payment before the vehicle leaves. I recieved numerous calls where you continued to ask me to release the bike with out payment in full. The day you picked up the bike you were short with money once again on the total, you were late and arrived after business hours and I had to give you 2 gallons of gas to take the bike without a fully paid repair order, I was done dealing with this situation and wanted it behind me. Considering you verified repairs, called and texted rudely, did not pay in full, needed gas to get out of here and then asked me for free hook *** I told you that you need to find a new shop and that there was nothing else I can do for you. I will not be issuing any refund and wish you the best of luck.
