I live on *************************** We live in a small community, and there are several PG&E utility poles and wires passing through our properties. Frequently, companies like Community Tree Service LLC come to perform tree trimming and cutting. These contactors are becoming increasingly aggressive, they come onto my property and do as they please without any kind of nortification, giving information about the type of work they are doing, or asking for any permission to enter the property to trim or cut the trees, sometimes even trying to intimidate us or lying about the kind of work they are about to carry out.I consider myself to be reasonable person, and when I encounter them in my property, I ask them what they are doing and typically let them do their job. However, on Tuesday, April 8th, I saw them gathering the branches from one of my trees that they had already cut. I approached them to tell them that next time they should talk to me first and they confronted me very rudely, saying they had the right to do whatever they wanted because of the PG&E lines. They even told me that they were PG&E, which is not true. After confronting me, there was a heated argument, and I had to ask them to leave my property. On other ocation, they came and after I asked, they told me they were going to do some trimming but they started to cut a redwood. I ran out and stopped them, but by that point, they had already cut more than half of the tree. They wanted to finish that tree and remove more on my property but after a lot of push back and intimidation they contacted their manager and PG&E was ok with just trimming.Other problem is that they dont know anything about trees. Their sole interest is cutting the branches that go towards the line leaving the trees unbalanced, which results in the trees becoming sick or falling some time afterwards. One group of workers even told me that PG&E doesn't care if the trees they cut fall onto the road, as their only concern is the power lines.
