I hired Kero at Ace Of Spades Customs to install PPF ( Paint protective film) on the front end and windshield of my car along with ceramic tint. I negotiated a price of $3850 for the total scope of work. Prior to the work being done I asked about his quality process and set expectation on what the outcome would look like. He assured me his quality was superior to competitors at a better cost. Even his instagram states he will beat anyones prices. Kero stated he never cuts PPF on the car because its a sign of low quality. He shared the ppf would be adhered to the car and rolled over where possible and areas that couldnt be rolled over would have a 1/6th to 1/8 gap. After the work I inspected the vehicle and noticed the tint was foggy and hazy, and a part of the tint on rear passenger window was missing. The ppf on the windshield was wrinkled and distorted with debris underneath the film. The ppf on the front end had gaps larger than 1/8. Ever component had a certain amount of lifting causing dirt to get under and create a poor aesthetic appearance and cause areas of vulnerability that were no longer being protected. Kero mentioned it was normal and the solution was to cut the issues out with a razor which contradicts his initial statement and also removes areas I paid to protect. He also said his quality was inferior to the competition since I was paying less! Which is absurd. He He never communicated the expectation, he never told me there would be lifting to be expected or that the solution was to cut it out. His quality did not meet the agreement or expectation. I tried resolving the issue with him directly but he kept giving me excuses, explanations, justifications and the run around. He said he was out of the country and wouldnt provide me with a refund. Had I know any of this I would have taken my business elsewhere! This business man is unprofessional and leading people To believe one thing and delivering a sub standard product. HELP!

Ace of Spades address is ****************************************** it shares a location with Quantum Signs & Graphics. The workshop is on the backside of the business and Kero drives a hot pink corvette.

I've included in the zip more photos, texts, the original signed agreement at drop off, and the final agreement paid in cash upon pick up. I also received a quote for the alternate shop to share the cost of repair. this does not include the cost of needing to redo the ceramic coating as well.
