This place is a scam. They tried their product on me, and yeah it was a quick fix. However my face felt super stretched. I told the sales girl I didnt like the product. And she continued with her sale. Saying that was only the first treatment. At that point she had already charged my debit card. I did tell her again I dont like the feeling and when this wears off I hope I dont like a popped stretched out balloon. She oh no that doesnt happen. Mind you Im 41 and already have crows feet. I didnt think much of it. I returned about 10 minutes later to the store because I started feeling a tingling and sort of paralyzing feeling under my right eye. I explained that to the sales girl, her response was that no one has ever had that complaint. I then said I dont want the product, its untouched and unopened, she said oh we dont to refunds. But they wont let you know this. I looked around for their return policies. And it is posted up at the cashier counter and not all around the store. However, they dont ring you up at the register. They distract you and bring you a pad if they know you have a card to pay with. Not only that they are VERY VERY pushy. They wanted to add more to my bag after I said no , the girl wouldnt get the hint. And again she was being pushy. I can see now why they are not an accredited business. Lastly I now have more wrinkles on my face than I did before this trying out this product.

I think a store that runs on exchanges only is extremely suspicious, I get it if you dont take the returns after creating amount of time or if the product was used or if you constantly have issues and constantly returns, prices arent cheap and although signs on the wall say no return it will be a good practice to also verbally inform the client BEFORE the transaction is finalized, just to show good faith and people realize that what theyre getting themselves into. Basically the store is forcing people to keep products that theyre not able to use because of an allergic reaction or just because they decided they dont want it anymore. They keep the money and people are stuck with expensive products that they cannot use. Again, I think eventually it would be good business practice and transparency to just be honest and upfront and let people know what is going on

scam! There are "no refund" signs anywhere on the storefront. Scammed me to go into the store, threw a bunch of stuff onto my face, and didn't let me leave the store. After that, they wanted me to buy a different product without letting me do a skin test. the sales said the product was worth $1500 and they could illegally lie the system by giving me a military discount, which is not the case. Then ***** (the sales' name) forced me to buy three bottles. After paying, they stamped "no refund". Then I said, "what do you mean by no refund? I still haven't done the skin test yet." Then the sales said, "don't worry, the product you used earlier was similar. you will be fine." After I got home, that cream that I bought burned my face. Big scam. Also, when I was there, they dragged me into a room and brainwash me with they told me that they have a very good product that cost $15,000. I said wtf, then they said they could give me a discount for $8,000. Then they said $4,000, then said gave me a discount for $3,000. horrible experience.

Dear customer, we are sorry you are unsatisfied. However, we have 5 signs total in the front of the store that read no refund, exchange only, and one written in Spanish. We give out samples of face moisturizer and offer other samples of either eye or face cremes if the customer wants to try, on their own will. Once they come in, we do test the samples on their skin if they permit, or ours if they want to see it on us. We tell them the rates of the sets. Customer satisfaction is a huge importance to the company and we do not force any of our clients to purchase our products. We can only ring them up and get their payment handed to us. We have a huge clientele of existing clients who love our products and come back for more. Before any client purchases our products, we do make sure they test it out first before they buy it. We do offer exchange in case the client goes home and decides they dont like the specific product. When clients are interested in our products we do let them know all of the packages and different sets they are able to purchase in our store. We like to be as informative as possible because we do stand by our products. What you see is what you get at our store, we try to make the experience as simple and detailed oriented as possible and answer all and any questions. We make our no refund exchange guideline very clear. Clients sign a merchant receipt and everything is also upfront written on there.
