    We purchased a custom shirt for my son that costed ***** (tax included). The silk screen was not centered on the shirt. I let the man know the picture was not centered on the shirt. He became very ****** when I asked him if he could make another shirt. He said he loses money if makes another shirt. I asked if he can refund the money instead. He said, NO ******** I let him know I would go to complain to the **************** customer service. He said complain to me, I am the owner. Then he said, I will complain about you. He agreed to make another shitlrt and asked his employee to get another shirt. He continued to talk down to me and made me feel ************** He gave me the shirt and silk screen, he told me you make the shirt. That is when I asked him to give me the shirt back. I have never felt so ********* and ******* ******** by a merchant. This is ************* I escalated this issue to the customer service in the **** **** ******* They recommended I reach out to the ***. I have over 25 years customer service experience and never have treated my customers in that manner. *********

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/23) */ We give her a brand new t shirt and now silver the problem. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Yes, we got a replacement shirt from the business. However, the owner became confrontational when we were walking out of the business. He demanded I delete my review about the horrible service I received. He followed us out of the business demanding I remove the review or I couldn't keep the shirt. This man should not have a business license. I did not appreciate that he was given my phone number by the **** I do not feel comfortable that this awful man has my phone number.
