My wife and I are expecting 2 shipments through this company. The first (tracking #XXXXX) was sent from *************** on July 25, 2022; the second (#XXXXX) approximately 2 wks later (Aug. 10). Company's website tracking recorded only the date received and arrival to warehouse (same day), as well as an "Estimated Cargo Vessel Arrival in ****************** port" "made automatically based on the date of pickup." Estimate for box 1 was listed as: Sep 19 to Oct 13, 2022; box 2: Oct 05 to Oct 29. In early Oct, we began trying to contact ** office for status update. To date (Dec 8) we have been unable to reach anyone. Phone is unattended or out of service, ******** messages and emails go unanswered. Interestingly, box 1 tracking was updated near the end of Oct. The record shows that the box was not turned over to cargo vessel until Sept 11 (6 wks in warehouse). Ship arrived to ** Oct 20 and was received by A&S Oct 26. (Warehoused another 6 wks so far on this end.) Website states 75-90 days to our provincial location. Our box has now spent 90 days in WAREHOUSES, and we have no idea when it will be delivered. With no updated info on Box 2, we can only assume that it, too, is in limbo somewhere. If this company cannot fulfill its delivery obligation, they should tell us where we can pick it up ourselves, rather than dragging this out until who knows when.Business Response

To answer the question of why there is no response on our platform *************************** etc., the reason is that there is no longer personnel on this position. We are still looking to fit in this position. We will do our best to serve the interests of our clients once more and apologize for the inconvenience. According to our records, Box/Invoice#***** is already in our delivery partner in the ***********. We requested an expedited delivery process, but the Box/Invoice#***** are still not in the ***********.

Unfortunately, this response provides minimal definitive information. Firstly, with respect to Invoice ***** and as reported in my initial complaint, I am already aware of the fact that this shipment was received in*** on Oct 26, more than 2 months ago. What, pray tell, is "expedited delivery process?" An additional month, two months, or??? Secondly, how is it that the *****, sent 2 weeks after *****, has not yet made it to***, more than 2 MONTHS after shipment 1? When exactly was it shipped, or has it even been shipped yet? If delivery is such a problem, PLEASE provide contact information for your*** delivery partner so that we can make arrangements to pick up ***** ourselves now, and make another trip whenever ***** arrives.Initial Complaint

The transction took place on February 15, 2022. The cargo company picked up 4 boxes from home to be shipped to ************************ and until now the boxes didn't arrived yet. They said it will take 3-4 months for my family to receive the boxes but until now the boxes were got hold in their warehouse in the************. I contacted A&S cargo to know why my boxes were not delivered to my house and they said they have a problem with their delivery partner in the************. My brother-in-law went to their warehouse in the******************* last week to pick up the boxes themselves and they were told that my boxes will not be released unless I pay $60.00 per box. I said I paid in full when A&S cargo picked up my boxes last February. Their partner delivery in the************ said that A&S cargo owed them money reason why they have to hold my boxes and other customers boxes. I have contacted A&S many times to give me a call or email me for any update and they did not reply. I talked to one of their staff a month ago and I told her I will let *** know if they will not give me an update about my boxes and the lady is rudetelling me "go ahead,complain to ***". If I call them it will only be operator and when I email them they don't reply. I sent them a message in messenger but they ignore it.Business Response

According to the records we cross-referenced under the name ****************, the transaction under that customer occurred in September 2021; no additional records have been found since. As a result, no transaction occurred in February 2022 as they claim.

Thank you very much for your prompt action on this matter. the receipt was made under my spouse name ************. We have contacted their delivery partner in the *********** and they are asked for $60 additional deliver fee per box for my boxes to be delivered in my province. Their delivery partner sent a picture of my boxes to my brother-in-law. It is box number 12052 containing 4 boxes. Please see attached file for your reference. There are lots of expired products there already like vitamins, chocolates, etc. I will need a redund from them so I can have their delivery partner deliver it to my province.

According to our records, the invoice #***** was sent to our USA consolidator, arrived in the ***********, and the box was stored with their delivery team in ******. During that time, our relationship with our former USA consolidator was terminated and never renewed because of their unprofessional practices, multiple mishandles, and the fact that they failed to deliver boxes to ********************. As a result, we suffered a great deal of damage, so we transferred the new contracts to our new consolidator.
Left over boxes in the possession of their delivery team in ****** were instructed to protest by illegally holding the boxes of our consignees, including your box, and forcing them to pay a certain amount--something that should not have been done--because our former consolidator could not accept that their contract had already ended.Our legal team has already sent a demand letter since September 2022 to get the remaining boxes they have, but they haven't responded, so we have to file cases against them. Unfortunately, the boxes that are involved in the dispute will be held until the dispute is resolved. We sincerely apologize for this.

A&SCargo is a delivery package delivery service that sends boxes from U.S. the the philipines. if you call them to pick up your boxes they will pick them up..... knowing that they dont have the means to deliver them. We sent boxes April 29th and its September 6th and they have not delivered the boxes or answer calls, emails or have the location of our boxes. Our family in the phillipines went to their main office in Manila and still nothing. I want them to stop picking up boxes knowing that they are not going to deliver them. we sent 8 boxes. costing us 580 dollars. we had electronics, jewelry and other itemsBusiness Response

We are so sorry for these unfortunate event. We check our invoice records regarding of ************* on our pickup and delivery list but could fine such person name and address.
We are requesting from the said ************* a Invoice copy or invoice number that was issued to him on our pickup.
We also wanted to inform the complaint that jewelry and electronic devices are prohibited items as part of there signed declaration on the invoice. A&S Cargo's Liability is only limited to the sum of $100.00 only if the box got lost. (written on back of invoice)
It's true that A&S Cargo sends boxes to the Philippines, thru a consolidator Universal Cargo here in the USA which would be responsible of the shipping out boxes here in the USA and deliveries to a said location in the Philippines.
