    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of my recent hotel reservation by both the hotel and ID90Travel Upon arrival at the hotel on 10/01/2024, the room was in an unacceptable condition, including unmade beds, dirty bathrooms, unclean furniture, and trash left in the kitchen. Despite informing the staff, the cleaning efforts were insufficient, and we had to find alternative accommodations.The hotel was not provided with the necessary information to contact me, which contributed to the issues we faced upon arrival. The lack of communication and unprofessional handling of the situation by both the hotel and ID90Travel caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, including providing photographic evidence of the rooms condition, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The hotels response does not address the severity of the issues, nor does it compensate for the additional expenses and stress caused by having to find alternative accommodations.I paid $1,161.39 for this reservation and believe it is the responsibility of ID90Travel to ensure that I receive a full refund. It is unreasonable to expect me to secure a written authorization from the hotel when the fault lies with *********** communication and the hotels unprofessional handling of the situation.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau assist in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a full refund for my reservation.

    We had booked a hotel in ****** via ID90 for 9/20-9/23. We paid $931.64 for the 3 nights. The property nor ********************* could locate my reservation so we were stuck paying for alternative hotel. ID90 and myself have been in contact over 53 emails and almost 2.5 weeks. They would only ***** a partial refund because the hotel said they found my reservation AFTER the investigation. I have proof I had to get alternative accommodations but the hotel cant prove my reservation.
