    Refused to process 401K separation dispursment before blackout period purposely making me wait longer than necessary. Calib Volpie who works for future plans is horrible a lair and a naracistic person with a tiny little brain who purposely causes hardship and she be barred from hold anyone's money

    THERE ISN'T A HORRIBLE RATING OR THAT IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE BOTH SIDES, FUTURE PLAN AND ASCENSUS. ONCE SIDE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER SIDE IS DOING AND NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENTS. NO DIRECT CONTACT BETWEEN THE TWO ONLY EMAILS OR MESSAGES. AND NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENTS!****** *.
