    I made an consulation appt. with ************** 2024. At the time of consulation, I was told that the $500.00 fee could be used in the future towards in any service. After my consulation, I recieved a full and detailed plan of treatments from his assistant, **** Bordon ******* As one of the treatments in said plan, they list the Silk Facial. I called the office to book this service, and was told I couldn't use the $500.00 for the facial because it is not performed by Dr. ***** Yet, I was told I could use the $500.00 for any service in the clinic. This is a classic bait-and-switch techinique. I have tried endlessly to resolve this with their office to no avail. I can provide all emails with the office regarding this. I also have proof in writing where there office manager states, "you can use the $500.00 towards any treatment." They do not say, only to be used by treatments performed by Dr. *****

    I am a disabled Veteran and was considering a Surgery at ******************************* M.Ds clinic. I am a diabetic and have recently had 3 stents put into my heart. I was concerned that I may not get the medical clearance for the surgery and the staff assured me I would be fine. They also pressured me into paying $28,800 in cash and to open a line of credit for $25,000 with Cherry. I wired the cash amount and they charged $25,000 on the Cherry credit line without my authorization. The very next day the Doctor they sent me to did not give me a medical clearance because of the recent stents (which ************ should have already known). I told them that immediately. Now they are holding on to my cash, won't refund the unauthorized credit amount and wont return my emails. This is very unprofessional and unethical. ************ has also been reprimanded by the ************* of California for unethical behavior as well.There has been no surgery and no services have been rendered at all. I also requested a final response from them by 8/7/2023, by email, pointing to possible legal action, but there hasn't been a response whatsoever.

    This issue occurred at Jason Emer MD at the ************** location. I asked ****** the PA if they offered erbium laser and she informed me that they ONLY offered ablative erbium and she put me on the schedule for Fraxel on Monday August 7, 2023 at 1:30pm. ****** contacted me and asked if I can come in at 1pm and I told her yes I can. After viewing ******* I found a video of the doctor (Jason) giving nonablative erbium fractionated laser. ****** did not inform me of that information and she told me that she should be taking all of my money after I asked her for a refund. I paid $1,250 for the service and she is not trying to process the refund. The lady at the front desk hung up the phone in my face and the other assistant is not informed on many of the services that they offer. The customer service is extremely terrible. I received a quote for $1,200 and they overcharged me for $1,247.88 (I was not informed on where the additional charges come from). I would like a full refund.

    PLEASE SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENT FOR FULL DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT AND TIMELINE OF EVENTS. Thank you.I was persuaded to get filler and was extremely unhappy with the results. From the beginning ************** staff always told me they want me to be happy, and that dissolving the filler would be no problem, if I did not like the results. All I wanted was the help that they continued to promise me, which was removing all the filler from my face if I was unsatisfied. This has been a traumatic experience for me. I've had to seek out therapy. Feeling and seeing the filler in my face has tremendously affected my mental health. I have lost sleep, been unable to go in public, which has increased my anxiety and depression.************** office agreed to help me, at no cost, to dissolve the filler from my face completely. For over two months they strung me along continuously saying they would dissolve the filler and that they wanted me to be happy, but in the end they did the opposite. They did not dissolve all of the filler in my face and only created an extremely stressful and terrifying experience for **** am seeking a full refund from the filler cost, so I can seek dissolve appointments at an office I feel safe at. -Refund amount is $1,819.83.-Average dissolve appt. Cost $500.-Need 2-3 more dissolves.Lastly, my sister recommended this office to me. She is a caucasian woman and has continuously had a good experience, from prompt responses to her needs via phone and text as well as kind and compassionate care in ************** office. She had a positive experience and is equally confused as to why my experience has been so different.I am an African American woman and I have had multiple horrible experiences at ************** office. As a black woman Ive never been treated so poorly and unfairly by a business. I strongly feel ************** office and staff racially discriminated against me. Im deeply saddened by this whole experience with ************** office.

    11/30/2022 $4024.41dollars I was there for acne scars consultation and treatment They dont give me a proper follow up The procedure when bad I have a deform face after that They refuse to give a solution they want me to paid more to get fixed for something they did wrong and neglected That dont respond the calls anymore Doctor Emer dont show his face anymore He stop me to write reviews on social media

    A member of the staff reached out to this patient to address his concerns on or around 2/24/2023, and they were told to 'fuck off' by the patient.  We have since not had communication with him as we do not tolerate this level of aggression towards our staff.

     Due to HIPAA I cannot provide specific details regarding the medical care this patient received, however our office provided the requested treatments in a satisfactory manner.  It was explained to the patient that this is not optimal correction but would improve the appearance and that many treatments are needed to attain the desired result. This is also explained in the consent forms signed by the patient prior to treatment being performed.

    I call several time tho them to see mee and they never book me for follow up I was calling all  December and January and I get the appointment  till February I feel neglected and I been having anxiety and depression.  I want the full refund of the amount due to all this
