    At 9pm on June 14th, 2024, my girlfriend ******* and I parked our car at Sunrise Parking Management, LLC. We were handed a yellow business card and told that parking would be $20 per vehicle. We were told to send the money to the provided phone number through Zelle. First, I sent $20 through Zelle from my Chase account, but immediately received an error message saying that my payment couldnt be processed. Then, my girlfriend sent $20 from her account and received the same error message. We flagged this overpayment to the parking attendant, who told us that we should call the number on the business card in the morning and we would get a refund.The next day at 11:42 AM PST, I called Sunrise Parking Management, LLC and explained the issue and requested my refund. They told me that they would be happy to give me a refund, but they had to check with accounting first and would call me back at 3pm. 3pm passes and I get NO call back, and NO refund. On June 16th, I send a payment request through Zelle for the $20 refund. They never reply to the request, nor send me the refund. On Monday, June 24th at 6:34pm, I call again and they dont answer. The owner, ***********************, calls me back at 6:43pm and assures me that its only $20 and that they are happy to give me the refund, but again, they have to check with accounting and that theyd call me the next day. Once again, the next day comes around and I get no phone call and no refund.
