    On November 16, I purchased 2 stars from Dedicated Stars paying $31 each for a total of $62.00. Upon paying for them, I did not receive a confirmation email with my purchases included, so I messaged them and have been getting the run around since. They finally sent me my 'certificates' which is NOT what was advertised. You will see I was supposed to get more than one pdf and did not. As mentioned in all of my emails, it felt like a scam immediately and still does as I have asked for a refund as it says MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE and just keep getting the run around. I purchased the stars so I could make the gift myself, when I did not receive the gifts and continued to get the runaround, I had to go a different route gift wise and they still refuse to refund my money. They are communicating on a known business platform CRISP but their phone number is conveniently 'undergoing maintenance.' Scam and it is so unfortunate. I came to this site as I loved my gift of a star after losing our child and thought how great to gift the same to a co-worker experiencing the same loss and another who suddenly lost her husband. All of which was made worse due to this experience with dedicated stars. I don't want anyone else to be scammed. Included you will see what they are advertising, I should have received THREE pdfs and after opening what they sent, they of course only sent one. The second is of their 'money-back guarantee.' If you'd like our conversation screenshot, I can include those as well but the business should have copies of me repeatedly asking for a refund for a product I didn't receive...until today and it isn't what was advertised.
