Purchased custom home June 2021. April 2023 living room floor tented and cracked. Repaired at customers cost. Jan 24 kitchen floor tented and cracked. Customer repaired at their cost. April 24 master bedroom cracked and tented several locations and another floor company identified that Emser tile ******* ******* has issues and many states before and reached out to company. Emser told company should have told Emser about the issue before January 2024. Online many examples of tile tenting and cracking and some people told tile had been identified as defective and Emser repaired some customers floors. Builder contact ********************** about tile in august 2024 and Emser said sorry cannot help you since tile was purchased from **********. Contacted ********** and ********** said if defective or recall they are not responsible and to seek repair from Emser. If Emser recalled or discontinued this tile because of issue with tile they did not notify customers about defects and unwilling to resolve floor issue crated by tile.
