    In Jan I agreed to the warranty extension. I was told this was ******* and they were trying to give me an extension of my warranty.. I have called several times to try and cancel but they hang up the phone or just don't answer after multiple times trying to call back. I told the lady I wanted to cancel the service and she hung up on me and I have not been able to reach anyone since even sending emails. Those emails are now inactive. . I have no way of cancelling

    I sent a letter on July 22nd to cancel this policy and request a refund. Confirmation of the cancellation was confirmed by ******* on 8/1. I called again on 8/5 to inquire about the status of the refund and spoke to ***** who said the cancellation was submitted the prior week and it would take ***** days to calculate the refund amount and to check at the end of August or early September. Called again on 9.4 and was told I would "just have to wait" since pro-rated refunds take longer. Called again on 9.18 and the representative said she would follow up with an email to the refund department to escalate the request. I live in ** - their offices are in **********. I have called several more times and, although it was 4pm New York time - 1pm PST, the outgoing message indicates the office hours are 8am to 5pm PST and then no option to leave a message. I cannot get anyone to respond to my need to get this resolved. I am ************************************* with this. Please copy her on any response you may have at ************************* Whatever assistance you can offer would be most appreciated.

    I got a call from this company and signed up, but would like to cancel. Cannot reach them to cancel. The customer ********************** rep I talked to would not give me any contact info for them, just said to mail my request, what I asked where to mail it, she said look on your paperwork. I told her I never received any paperwork and she hung up. I would like to cancel penalty free, and receive a refund for monies paid.
