      I have been waiting over a month for my loan to be processed and they do not communicate with their clients at all. They give you the run around and leave you hanging in limbo. Not good business practice. Ill be looking for another company since they dont want my business

      Were sorry that our processes and timing were not the best fit for her needs. While we have established systems and procedures we must follow as part of the financing initiation, we regret that she is unsatisfied. Please note that we have already funded her case, but we sincerely respect and appreciate her feedback.

      TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN THAT I WAS DENIAL FOR NO REASON THAT SAID BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A THRID PARTY. I HAVE SEEN THEIR REVIEWS AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP BLACK PEOPLE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE REASON WHY. THEY CANT TELL ME WHY AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL . AND WHEN YOU LOOK ON THE WEBSITE AND CLEARLY SAY THAT THEY TAKE WORK INJURY JOBS.

      We reached out to Ms. ***** this morning and reiterated that the reason funding was denied was because her worker's compensation case without 3rd party involvement was outside of our funding parameters. We explained to Ms. ***** the difference between with and without 3rd party involvement so that she could further understand the reason for the denial of funding. 

      We want to clarify that we do not tolerate any form of racism and treat all are clients equally and with respect. The denial of funding was based on our funding criteria, not on any discriminatory reasons.

      We are committed to providing equal service to everyone, regardless of race.

      I was told I would receive help to pay my bills but I was locked in with 1000 dollars being told I would receive more only to. Be told no every time sence and could not receive anything since and no other pre-funding place will help me because they locked me in with $1,000 and nothing sent because of that I can't get help financially from any other pre-funding place so I've gotten behind on my bills and everything else because they lied to me they locked me in with $1,000 to start telling me I could receive more to pay my bills and every time I have asked ever since I've been told no

      So this company had provided me with basically a cash advance and I fell on a hard times and was unable to pay it back for about a month or two, and then just recently I received quite a few harassing emails threatening me and and trying to offer me deals to pay it off and then finally I came to a point where I was doing a little bit of okay financially and they had offered me a deal where if I pay it off in full they will send me $2,500. So the total with interest was $520 that I needed to pay and I only had $530 and I needed them to guarantee that they were going to send me $2,500 otherwise it was going to s**** me over for the week for groceries and other bills and they promised me they would send me the $2,500 so I reluctantly sent them $520 only to have them completely ghost me and leave me with absolutely nothing. I have multiple emails verifying that they were going to send me money I even had him draw me up a contract to which he did only for them to completely ghost me and ignore all of my phone calls emails texts. Leaving me with absolutely no money for the week, no groceries can't pay any bills, absolutely nothing. When I simply could have just made a minimum payment of $25 and had money for groceries which I explained to them.

      I received a cash advance from this company I was in contact with a case manager name ******* was in desperate need of funding she offered $500 and I tried to get funding elsewhere but because the offer was so low she said would give a lower interest rate on the loan and I can try again later I tried multiple times they denied each additional cash advance but never lower the interest rates as she said bad company to do business with she did not honor her word
