    I purchased Kenwood car radio I was told it had life time warranty but now when it stop working it has 1 year warranty and they can do anything . I would like to have new car radio repaired that's all I'm asking .

    The customer came in and stated they bought a stereo from us back in 2022 and it wasn't working and needed to be fixed. We explained to the customer that there is only a year warrenty on the stereo and even though the company is under new ownership, we would go ahead and diagnose the issue for free, even though he couldn't provide a receipt as proof of purchase. We informed the customer that our work has a lifetime warranty, but the product itself is only a year warranty from the time of purchase. If the issue was with the install we would fix it, but since it is the product that is not working, that will need to be replaced at the expense of the customer.
