    They told me they would serve my papers. They took $96 from me and then called the next day and said they refuse to serve the papers.

    Subject called yesterday 5/17 with a serve on a tv studio to *************************** (sports personality) I said we can serve it, she submitted payment and request with no documents sent. In the am of 5/17 I googled *************************** v. *************************** to see the nature of the case here is what I found: *************************************************************************************************************************************** I then decided to make a business decision and not work with ************** in what appeared to me to be further harassment of ****************. I called ************** and spoke to her at 7:18 am to inform her of our decision to not take her case, the informed her of the refund that was issued (see attached). So, did not "take her money" but, yes cancelled her request base on later discovered information.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not give *** a ten day loan of $96.  It clearly states it can take 10 plus days for refund.  In the meantime I am out that money and don't have the funds to hire another server and this complaint must be served in less than ten days.

     

    As to ***'s unprofessional behavior, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out if someone is getting sued it's because THEY were the guilty party.  The article *** mentioned was all slanderous lies written by fan of ***************  I did get arrested because I am being harassed because of ******* but the charges were dismissed by a judge.  In this day and age of fake news it blows the mind someone would judge another person without knowing the details.  *** admitted he hadn't read the lawsuit papers.  How in the world he has the audacity to say I was further harassing ******* with a lawsuit is anyone's guess.  Especially because I informed him what he read wasn't true.

    This is not good business to say the least!

    Had customer told me she was accused of harassing **************** before sending me the job, I would have promptly rejected her request, it was only upon my research that I found out the customer had a history of "allegedly" harassing ****************. As far as the refund policy for her payment, I do not have any control over that, as for my part, I instantly issued the refund and suggested that the customer find another process server. I do not wish to go back and forth regarding this matter and I consider it closed. Thank you.
