    On June 27, 2023 I purchased Remedy Skin Tag remover. Directly upon purchase I was charged $199.88 for 5 bottles of product that were to cost 39.98 per bottle with buying 3 and getting 2 free which would have been $119.94. I immediately called the company and they tried everything in their power, including offering to refund 50% of bill. I told them that I was over charged and that I just wanted my money returned. They said they’d issue a check for the amount in 7-10 days. I then called my bank and since the charge was pending they needed to wait until it was posted, usually in 2days, in order to contest the charges.
    I have included pics from the website below and the email I received after the online sale. I was informed I would get a cancellation email, but at this time I have not received one.

    Please be advised that our company is Remedy Skin & Body. We have no affiliation with Remedy Skin Tag Removal.  We are a medical practice and never sold this type of product. 

    It has been brought to our attention, this company has falsely posted our phone number and website address on their site. We have received many calls and all have had the same complaints of fraud. 

    We have tried contacting them as well with no success.
