    We received Mr. F*****’s complaint on December 23, 2024. Thank you for alerting us to his concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to investigate the situation and provide a response to her complaint.
    On 12/24/20/24, Mr. F*****’s property was removed from our database and website.  


    The accuracy of our website is a top priority for us.  We provide our subscribers with access to over one million listings.  Our standardized database makes it easy for customers to search for properties of interest across the country. The information presented on our website is sourced through agreements with real estate data providers.   These professionals work very hard to provide us with accurate and up-to-date information. Although we strive for perfection, there are occasional inaccuracies due to the status of listing changing (i.e.)  sale or withdrawal of the property, delays in updating public records by banks and owners, or clerical errors.


    Our business depends on providing our paying members with the best information available.  This is why we remove properties at an owner’s request without requiring the property owner to present any documentation.  Our goal is to process all listing removal requests upon receipt of call, email, or letter. The property will be removed from the website usually within 24 hrs. 


    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The homeowner can be assured that the request has been handled.  If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    I tried to cancel this account with Foreclosurehomes.co since July 8 2024 but no use on July 12 I was debited from my account 17.49 also the same for Aug 2 and Aug 30 for a total of 52.47 I think its unfair that the company can take money after I ask to cancel ,I’m asking stop taking money out my account and to refund me back what was taken and when I tried to call in July the second time the phone just rang.

    On 3/7/2024, the customer visited our website and enrolled in a 7-day $1.00 trial membership. As per the terms and conditions, that the customer acknowledged, we billed the weekly fee of $17.49 after the trial expired.  


    After completing the registration for the trial, a Welcome letter would have been emailed immediately Our contact information is not only displayed in the Welcome Letter but also on our Contact page, can be easily found on Google, and appears on customer credit card statements alongside the monthly fee. In order for us to bill the credit card, the customer’s card issuer approved the billing zip code and address/AVS entered by the customer.  We also require customers to enter a credit card CVV number to finalize the transaction.
    Customers may cancel by contacting our Customer Service department during business hours or by emailing cancellation requests at any time.  We do not have any record of the customer attempting to cancel the service.  We have experienced no issues with our phone system.  


    After reviewing the case, we have determined that the charges are valid.  As a courtesy, we have credited the three most recent charges of $17.49 to the credit card on file.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22218530, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    But I still do not have the right telephone number to see if my account is closed but the company did repay my bank account 3 payment as long as they closed the account I’m happy.  Thank you for your time.      C**** *****

    Used service on free trial, called, shut down service after trial, they continued charging for services. I then cancelled credit card, when I received the new card the company began using the new card!
    They are white collar criminals. I could see that many of the listings were old and outdated, (already purchased from the market) Please help.

Although we strive for perfection, there are occasional inaccuracies due to the status of the listing changing (i.e.)  sale or withdrawal of the property, delays in updating public records by banks and owners, or clerical errors. Our business depends on this is why providing our paying members with the best information available.  We update our listings twice a week.

    We have attempted to contact the customer several times to discuss the account.  The telephone number connects to a voicemail box that is unable to record any messages. We have no record of any cancellation from the customer.  We provide our customer's with a cancellation email containing a cancellation number.  We are not showing any cancellation email sent to this customer.

    Although we have not reason to doubt the validity of these charges, we have provided the customer with a one-time courtesy credit on 10/2/2023.  The credit will be reflected within one to two days.  Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Foreclosures.home.com has fraudulently been billing my credit card for more than a year after I closed my account. I cancelled my account with them 4/4/2022 and they have continued billing me. I want a complete refund for all of the money billed to my credit card since I closed my account on April 4th, 2022. I will be seeking legal relief for this fraudulent activity.

    We thank you for the opportunity to address the customer's concern.  The customer enrolled in full membership access for $49.60 and unlimited Delaware access for $0.99 monthly on 7/23/2021.  The customer requested cancellation for the full membership access only on 4/4/2022.  Although the charges are valid, we have provided the customer with the requested credit for unlimited Delaware access.  We consider this matter closed.
