    I have 4 email accounts with the company NetZero and ALL FOUR have been hacked!!!! I can't change my password because the hacker changed my account code. I have informed the company but they did nothing to resolve the problems. I have a lot of personal information saved in these accounts. I made a report to them that the accounts were hacked, but they still ignored the problem. They just wanted me to up my account tier by paying for their services.

    I having problems with accessing their services due to password issues. I tried the normal way to get support by email as shown in the help website. I have not hear anything form the company. Toady, I am trying to cancel the account and the support person at the phone was rude and not eager to help at all.
    Juno claim that hat they have excellent support premium, which is not correct. The costumer phone services is crappy.
    I have not access their services for a month due to password problems. I would like to get reimburse for the month of services of email services through juno.com.

    On 6/17/2024 at approximately 8:00am PST, I tried to open my Netzero email account ([email protected]) and I couldn't open it. I called NetZero several times. I also emailed NetZero. I kept getting this message “In light of your past violation of the terms of the NetZero Service Agreement, we are unable to reinstate your account at this time.” I spoke to K****, a supervisor on the phone, he told me I had abused my account because I changed my password 4 times in the past year. I explained to him that when spam email came in I would forward it to NetZero along with the full header as NetZero instructs. NetZero would email me back saying I needed to change my password. That is the only time I have ever changed my password. I have had a NetZero email account for about 30 years. In those 30 years, I have accumulated 4g of data stored on the NetZero web based server. I pay $25/year for that. Since NetZero deleted my email account I have no access to my incoming or outgoing emails. I get emails everyday to my NetZero email address that I cannot access. I don’t have my email address book, or important correspondence or photos that are stored in my NetZero email account. 30 years of my valuable email data was stolen from me, just terminated, deleted and taken away overnight. Mind you I do not know what my past violations are. I have asked them for that information so that perhaps I could defend myself. I get nothing. Please help me, I am devastated by NetZero. They are treating me so unfairly. I did nothing wrong. The only hope I have is an email I received Jun 19, 2024 at 9:20AM from Robert B Security & Abuse Dept. NetZero Customer Care Stating: "Please be assured that we are investigating this issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible." Today is June 21 at 3:30pm and I have nothing yet, not my email, no response, I'm just waiting and worrying how I will be able to recover from this abuse that NetZero has subjected me to.
