      Credo Mobile has the worst customer service and tech support I have ever encountered in my life. Every time I had a problem with my phone, I would spend DAYS trying to find someone who knew what they were doing. Just absolutely useless tech. I stuck it out too long and wish I had left much sooner.

      If I could leave a review of less than one star I would. After 18 years with Credo I finally tired of being put on hold with customer service for hours at a time and moved my account. After telling me that I would receive a final statement, Credo failed to send me any notification of the final statement until they sent a past due notice which was followed a day later by another message threatening me with a credit agency. That's my thanks for sticking with them for 18 years. Under no circumstances would I recommend Credo.

      Company feels like a scam! Wanted to support a progressive company so TRIED to switch to Credo and we could not get one phone synced properly. Went to get chat support and noticed that we had to wait just to receive chat support. Finally got someone and they gave us the wrong instructions so we had to call and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. They couldn't figure out the problem either so they put in a service ticket and said they would call us back. Still not on any service after 2 days so we called back and again waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Customer service was deplorable so we decide to cancel after not being able to use their service properly and wanted a refund of $80. Got a message that we would not get refunded because that was the set up fee, even though we actually could not use their service. Then just got a final bill with a notice that if we didn't pay it then it would go directly to collections. They say they donate to progressive causes but after some research they only donate 1% of their profits and they make billions. Absolutely horrible company to deal with and don't fall for it!

      terrible customer service. The worst! 5 day without phone service while they transferred my previous lines to credo. No offer of refund. Signed up for a plan @ $90 a month and my first bill was $387! No attempt was made to alert me to the fact that i was going over my data allowance. Customer service was useless in getting me any kind of rebate or discount for this over-charge. DO NOT USE CREDO

      We have been customers for years because of their social justice actions but that now appears to be a smoke screen. Although we are seniors, they suddenly cut our service without notifying us first, They did not send out a bill for 2 months. When my husband called, he was told there was no balance. Then suddenly we can no longer make calls!. Dangerous, They don't live by their principals, Calling customer service is a pain. You are forever on hold.

      Horrible customer service. Misleading and very opaque practices. They will hold your phone numbers hostage if you try to cancel. And, cancelling is almost impossible. DO NOT USE.

      Maybe one of the most companies I've ever worked with. I never got to figure out why they overcharged me so much I had two months in a row where I paid over $250.. I tried calling them 4 times, but Set on the phone for over an hour all four times nobody answered you cannot get hold of anybody. Get your questions answered. Went into the chop box that was the only spot they would answer I asked him to give me the transfer pin for my phone number and they said they couldn't do it. I had to call it's such a scam it feels like such a scam.
      I am progressive so I left AT&T for this company and now I'm thinking what the heck did I do they're the worst. never use them please never use them.......

      I could NOT get ahold of customer service. I have a second line that I am paying for but has never been activated because I can't get through to customer service. The wait times are up to an hour and then the call is dropped, or they transfer you to another agent without warning and then you have to start all over again.
      They always say that as part of the verification process they have to call you back to verify your number, even though they admit they can see the number I'm calling from. And then somehow that call never comes through.
      I will NEVER use them again. Each month they ask for donations to great non profits and they call themselves "the carrier with a conscience" yet at the same time, they are ripping off their customers and refusing to let them transfer service.
      They deserve zero stars.

      Terrible company. Their systems do not work. Cannot even get into my account because their two step verification does not actually send me a code to my email. Takes endless time to get in touch by phone. It is awful. Love the idea of a social justice company but sadly they make it impossible. to use.

      I've spent hours trying to get service on a phone after thier 'upgrade'. customer service is just not a thing with them.
