My service advisor, Daphne at Lexus of Thousand Oaks, is THE BEST service advisor I have ever experienced. She literally puts herself in her customer's situation to help resolve whatever the issue. This dealership's service dept. has great management and techs. I always receive excellent customer service regardless of why I am bring in my Lexus.

Lexus Thousand Oaks (Swickard Group) advertised a 2018 Tesla S 100D, I reached out and made an appointment for a test drive, 1st problem, after driving 50 plus miles the Car was not available. Same week 3 different salesmen wanted me to come in for a test drive. Obviously they do not communicate!!! 1st red flag, another salesmen calls me the following week to tell me the car has arrived, I told him send me a picture, he sends me a picture of a Tesla model 3, apparently they do not know how to distinguish a Telsa S from a 3. Finally after 2 weeks the car arrives, I did all the paperwork necessary to purchase the car, I gave a downpayment of $4000 cash via ATM. They gave me the car, 28% charged, I live 50 miles away, I did not make it home with 28% charge. I had to stop at a charging station and did a emergency charge through Tesla, in order to charge a Tesla you need an account and it take 2-3 days to get it approved. I charged it to 80% to get me home. Well after only driving it 56 miles I needed to charge it again, RED FLAG!!!! I googled to see how I can check the health of the battery and it was complicated but it also told me how to check the battery if it has been replaced. I got on the ground and I found the car was not a 100D like they advertised and sold me, it is only a 75D. I was sold a non-conforming car. I called them and they apologized and that they had no idea it was not the correct model. How can a reputable dealership not due its due diligence before advertising a car online and on their websites. Btw, I do not own a car hence me purchasing this one. I took an Ulber back and forth. I reached out to the General Manager and not once has he replied and or apologized, I was in communication with their sales manager, but obviously this is above him as well. After 2 weeks of returning the car back, I have not received my downpayment back from this dealership so I got fed up and reported my lost money to my bank. I will never do business with Swickard Group
