  I called Adam G. with an urgent issue dealing with my wages getting garnished. He was able to get a rush on filing my delinquent tax return in record time and faxed it over to the State and saved me from getting garnished! Extremely grateful for him and the pros at Anthem Tax Services.

  Great customer service! America was very helpful, attentive and made me feel like she was genuinely interested in helping me with my case. all who were involved in resolving my case were very helpful and professional, i would highly recommend Anthem especially if you get to deal with America!

  The entire team at Anthem had been truly amazing but we do need to especially recognize America for her service and support. In helping us resolve our issues with the IRS, America has been professional, courteous and incredibly understanding. She had handled our case with the utmost experience, but with a friendly and human touch.

  They were excellent. If I could leave more than five stars I would because they deserve it. I’m a retired person and live on SSI only. They were able to resolve my case. Truly remarkable service and I highly recommend Anthem Tax Service.

  My wife and I had a positive experience working with Charles O******* of Anthem Tax Services to resolve an issue with the IRS. He is very professional and friendly and was able to provide us with the help we needed.   A TERRIFIC company to work with -- I can't say enough good things about how they handled my tax challenge! They made it easy and painless and got me a terrific result! I want to particularly commend the work and dedication of the team of people I worked with - Jauniece Johnson, Brandon Groseclose and Noah Klein. They kept me well informed through the entire process and kept my blood pressure under control! I thank them and recommend them highly.

  I'm in complete dismay reading all of the positive reviews. It's downright unbelievable to me. I had a much different experience with Anthem. I feel that I was taken from the start. I owed both federal and state back taxes. I contacted Anthem for assistance. Initially they charged me $7,800.00 for state assistance and to prepare the back taxes at the high cost of $500.00 per return. The state had already prepared the taxes, what was surprising to me was that there was hardly any difference in the amount that the state prepared verses what Anthem's preparer did, some returns maybe $100.00 differences. Again, at the cost of $500, that was none beneficial for me. After that awful experience, then enters the guys from "the Risk Department" who come in and work you for extra money. So, I managed to get linked to S*** who looked at my file and said that because after they had completed the tax review and I owed the state even more money that I would need to fork over an additional $12,000.00 for state and federal services. That was on top of the $7,800.00 that I had already paid. Advance time a few more months, I'm still in tax trouble with the state and IRS. Currently working with Liz Trend who stated that they "see that I'm in collections" and that my file is currently in que, and that a "Pro" is going to get in contact with me. I've waited two weeks, no call, no show from anyone. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge. However, that seems to be an impossibility. At this point, I feel that I have been taken and they have me right where they want me. I had to take out a loan just to pay them initially, which costs me $300 a month in repayment. This was not worth it at all, I have deep regrets, I really wish that I had gone to a reputable tax attorney. For that amount of money wasted, I'm certain that this nightmare would be over for me. Instead, I managed to just get dug in deeper with Anthem Taxes. That's why I am so amazed to see all the positives.
