      Being a realtor, I have worked with several different title companies. Timios was the title company that was used by the lender when i refinanced. I have to say I was very impressed by the level of service they provided. The agent was very knowledgeable and responded immediately to any inquiry I had. They really make you feel like you are their most important customer.

      My experience working through Timmios on the refinancing of my house was excellent. They were efficient, timely, and transparent through the entire process and worked to resolve my only problem (that was the result of my mortgage company) very quickly. I highly reccommend their services.

      I was satified with the process except that i feel that Timios should have paid the accounts off dirctly. I should not have to handle the checks to pay off the acccounts.
