Last night l purchased what l taught to be 3 bottle of your product. Then this morning l checked my Email and l had 3 confirmation on my order, I explained to Evan in customer service that’s not what l wanted. He offered some discount that l could not afford. Then he decided to refund me, He said it will take 3 to 5 days for my refund. This evening checking my email, l was told my package will be ship in 48 hours. Please what’s going on.Business Response

On January 29th, I watched a video about Nucific and ordered some.
My order came in the mail a few days ago and I am not completely satisfied.
Trying to return has become a nightmare.
There is no way to initiate a return on the website and today marks the third day in a row I have sat on
the phone to speak to someone and NOBODY ANSWERS!!
This is ridiculous! It is quite obvious that if I wanted to order more I could do so with no problem.

Try to order the produce didn't send me any confirmation and told me to reenter my credit information after 3time it said my card was decline and it charges me 3 time 77.92$ when i only wanted to buy once. So no confirmation on my purshase and i feel lile i ve been stole...Business Response

I placed an order with this company on December 3 of 2022 according to their website in bold print they advertise that they will refund your money within a 90 day window however there is nothing saying that the customer is responsible for return shipping. After many attempts to reach this company by phone no one ever answers. I made an attempt to use the message service with absolutely no help.
All I wish to do is return their product and get a total refund of money spent.

I was in the process of purchasing a Nucific product and I was repeatedly asked to purchase more of the product for "one-time special discount." I hit "No" many times but the website would not allow me to continue and I could not use the "Back" function so I shut down my browser. Note: I DID NOT purchase the product - their site wouldn't allow me to get past the "one-time special discount" page.
I want my money refunded.

After listening to a 43 minutes ad on youtube, I decided to look at their website. I thought I chose the smallest amount (for about $40). I had already typed in all my personal info and credit card. Then it all just zapped, zipped, and went somewhere else. I never saw the total or the order number...nothing. My credit card company wants me to contact the seller. I did; I sat on hold for over 20 minutes; hung up. I went back to the website, but it is very ambiguous now; no contact info at the bottom, nothing. I cannot reach them to resolve the problem. I did get an email from them and the order number is 07******6. The reviews I finally found were mostly negative with many warnings not to order; the others I scanned through were that the product just does not work.
I'm old and not good with tech; cannot upload the cell phone pic I took of the presentation name (Bio-X4 63% Off lp.nucific.com Order now).
During the order process, they warned me not to turn back. Should have listened!Business Response

I purchased the Bio4 product and signed up for autoship at checkout. At checkout it also bundled buy 3 bottles (3 months worth) and save. So I did that. I paid a little over $114 for 3 bottles. A little less than a month later July 21 another 3 bottles were shipped to me and charged $114 to my card. NOW 2 weeks!! later ANOTHER 3 bottles are on the way, and they have charged my card $114 AGAIN and sent tracking for the next 3 bottles.Business Response

On 4-26-22 purchased Nucific product. After a couple of months, no noticeable effect good or bad. On 8-2-22 requested return address. Customer Service responded by saying the refund period of 90 days had expired but they would refund 40%.
While the order was placed online on 4-26, it was at least a week before I received the product (I have no record of the exact date received), so I'm not sure why 90 day period would begin with order date since no experience would be available until the product was actually used.
I just want to return sealed, unopened bottles. I found an address for Nucific on your site for Westlake Village. Assuming it is accurate, I will send the unused bottles to that address.
There needs to be some clarification of the "start date" for their return policy, i.e. date order was placed or date product was received and actual use begins.Business Response
