I have noticed a significant change in my metabolism and my abililty to not snack.
I am able to control my cravings of foods that contain a high content of sugar, which is my weakness.
I plan on continuing Bio X4

5 starsI am only about 5-6 weeks into taking Bio-X4. I haven't lost weight (yet!) but I have started noticing that I have WAY less sugar cravings, plus I find myself not being hungry as much. I wondered why I wasn't craving the sugar, then I remembered that was part of why I decided to try this!
I purchased a six-month supply so I'm hoping that as weeks go by, I see even more improvement!
I walk 2-4 miles a day, so I'll have to find time for a bit more lively exercise to contribute to the weight loss I'm hoping for. (want to lose another 10-15 lbs).
I've never had many problems with intestinal/gut issues, so I haven't seen much change there yet.
My biggest problem is remembering to take the pills BEFORE meals, as opposed to just three times a day. ; )Review fromRachel A

I feel great, I am able to sleep through the night, and don't have food cravings. I eat less because I'm not as hungry. I have more energy and don't get tired in the early afternoons. I am losing weight slowly but I do see results.Nucific

I didn't even get to try their product because... the customer service rep on the phone placed an order for the incorrect item than what I told her I wanted. I received that item and Nucific would not pay for shipping it back nor would they send me the item I had told the rep to order. I will not use their products due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Nucific

After seeing mutiple advertisments and speaking to a representatve, I decided to give the product a chance. There was a very big push on purchasing in multiple quantities which I am glad I didnt. After taking Nufific BIO X4 for about two weeks, I starting feeling stomach intestional discomfort. Speaking to my physican. It was recommended to stop to see if it would alleviate the problem. I called to report this and was given a speach on how they could stop the next order but not make any refund. Better than that send package back at my cost which was never explained from the beginning. May be a product that works for others but honestly thing this is more like a scam. I would have considered retrying the product again or looking into other prducts but not after this. Poor customer and business practice.Nucific
