I was skeptical at first. I started with an open mind, however. I figured why not. I purchased a 90 day supply, figuring that was more than enough time for a fair try. With bio-X4, I have cut out 90 per cent of junk food. I eat a "modified Mediterranean " diet now. The first week was the toughest, but now , after almost a month, my eating habits are becoming routine and normal. I will turn 64 in mid March. I have lost 20 pounds. My goal is to lose 23 more by my birthday. So, healthy eating, mild exercise ( walking, stretching and flexing) and Bio-X4 is more than likely gonna do it for me. By the way, a big bowl of salad at home cost about one third the price of a fast food meal. That's good because I had to buy a new belt, because my pants no longer fit. Sleeping and feeling better. I haven't stepped on a scale yet, but I can see a difference in my jewelry. My rings and Fitbit are more loose. I may have to resize the rings soon. I feel fantastic! I cut out starches, sweets, and soda and have noticed I don't feel bloated when eating a nice meal. I stick to veggies, chicken, and fish. I'll have to occasional steak or fajita tacos, but not often. I never had restroom issues, so I haven't noticed a difference with that, but I can see my gut shrinking little by little. I only got a 3 month supply, but I'm pretty sure I will be ordering more because I love how it cures my cravings. I'm a sucker for pizza, so that was always the craving I couldn't kick, but with this, I've been able! To satisfy the one craving I had, I bought one with a cauliflower crust and it was delicious! Can't wait to see what I look like in 3 months!Nucific

Product gave the runs, Noone ever told about that part. When I went to return for 90 day money back, they said I needed to return all the bottles!! Who saves empty bottles??!! What a gimmick SAVE UR EMPTIES AN STOCK UP ON TPNucific

I have lost about 3 pounds, I also sleep better. I actually didn't start taking it until about 4 nights ago even though I've had it for longer. I also started taking the Nucific Deep Cell Activator, and Nucific Digestive Enzymes at the same time. I think the combination is working amazingly well for me.Nucific
