    Completely dishonest and they do not honor their return policy - on hold for 45 mins when I was the first call for the day - no human ever answered all automated!

    I give this company less than one star. I received 15 bottles when I only ordered 3, yet I had to pay the return shipping. This company SUCKS!

    I ordered one bottle, saw no results after my 30 days, sent a detailed email and received the: "Mail back the bottle and items for a full refund, at your expense." Well, all 30 pills have been consumed, and they are expecting me to pay to return an empty bottle? To me, that is not a 100% refund and an environmental waste of packaging and shipping. Obviously, they require this to make the option more of a hassle with the hopes you don't follow through. I feel.embarrassed I let this scam happen to me. Please don't let it happen to you. Connie

    Tried to place an order for a bottle of BIO-X4 three separate times, and each time it said the transaction did not go through, so I chose not to pursue it. I checked my bank account the next day and three transactions had been made as if the purchases did go through, with no confirmation email, order number, or anything. Was really on board with the idea of trying this product before and now my interest in it has waned. A cancellation or full refund is the least that's due, in my opinion.

    I am very displeased with the product and should have read reviews before ordering. I have gained weight, look bloated and have a skin rash. I ordered the 3-bottles/months for $121.98 and did not complete one month and was attempting to cancel and request 2-bottle return/refund when I saw I was again charged for another 3-bottles/months supply! And 3 days later ANOTHER 3-bottles/months supply! I did not request a monthly order for 3 bottles and did not receive a confirmation stating that. I received no confirmation of my order information at all. I want a refund of two bottles from original order and the 3 bottles received today, one month later as well as the 3rd order shown pending today.

    Wish I had looked at this before I ordered this ****. I too, have gained weight using this product! I need to wait till 9 PM to call because they are located in the Pacific call zone. I will be very upset if I’m not refunded for the bottles I did not open. What recourse do you have?

    This product did not work for me, in fact I gained weight using it. The bloating and discomfort kept me awake at night. I haven’t reached out for a refund after reading all the he reviews I have found that it would be a waste of time. I bought 6 bottles and have 5 left and a few capsules in the first bottle. I was afraid to continue after the terrible results I’ve seen so far.

    I am sorry to hear about your most recent experience. However, when taking a probiotic, what you mentioned can be normal. Some customers may experience what is commonly known as die-off symptoms. Die-off symptoms occur when the bad bacteria inside of your body is killed off. The bacteria releases toxins which your body does it's best to rid itself of, resulting in some unpleasant but short-lived side effects. Most customers do not experience this but some may, depending on how much bad bacteria is inside your body. Die-off symptoms can include gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, skin breakouts, and various other stomach flu-like symptoms. I can assure you, however, that these symptoms are very temporary and quite normal whenever a big change is made to someone's diet, lifestyle, or even their supplemental regimen.     Won’t issue full refund until you try the product for 90 days…..they will give you a partial refund before 90 days which is crap……doesn’t say anything about waiting 90 days for a full refund…..

    Hello,
    I've ordered bio x4 after seeing your ad on facebook and I had the same problem of one of your customer (**** W), I immediately tried to call your customer service no answer and I did a chat with one of your employee, I tried to explain but I got no collaboration. I even sent you an email and no answer. I really regret my purchase, also I didn't receive yet the package.
    I hope you will ask me for more information about my orders, all I want to do is cancel the additional orders and keep one of them.
