      I ordered a Ludwig Vistslite snare 04/10/2022, I continued to check on the status and was told that it would be shipped ( I called about once a month) they always assured me that it would be there. I called again last night and was told that it was back ordered. I looked at my ordered again today and it showed it was canceled . I called to find out why, they said they could not get it anymore. They could not give me a reason. This was a limited snare and I had the opportunity to buy others, but thought it would be here since I was told. I did save all the emails and conversations I had with Guitar Center and sent them to a manager. His only response was " I dont know what to tell you". I just wanted to know where the one I ordered is. As far as the Guitar Center I am done with them, they lied to me and did not try to make it right in anyway. If I was a manufacture I would look at these reviews and ask my self "do I want them to represent my products" they blame the the manufactures for everything, they dont represent the products well, go into any store and they look like they were picked up at a thrift store, covered in dust and looks used.

Looking over your account, we show that we were able to match your previous order and it shipped out next day to you. If there is anything else we can do to help make this right, please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you.”
      Ok fist of all they DID NOT match my original purchased price, I had to pay them an addition $70+ to pay for their mistake and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They only matched the product I ordered. Second, they DID NOT send it next day!
      And finally, WHO from GC wrote this and how can I contact them and if I do will I really have this whole ordeal rectified once and for all? This had to be one of the worst purchasing experiences of my life!

      Sold me a guitar as a 'restock' which was a very used and broken instrument I found out upon inspection when changing strings. Their tech and manager must have put a lot of work into this piece just to find a sucker to take it out the door.
      Local store is a runaround. Corporate is more of the same. Don' t buy at G.C. Your, wallet and your peace of mind will be much better for it.
