      Business is no longer valid empty building at Westlake address and hesitate to order products on Amazon due to no return phone calls or emails as to if they are still in business. Amazon list there products again as in stock but buyer beware. You may never get product but be quickly billed when you order through Amazon. On a sad note my 17 year old husky was doing great on this product Balance and multi vitamins, and since we have not had any for months know I see the decline in my girl. Really sucks. Thanks for falling through on your aid to help dogs and give them a better life. It’s so sad.

      Petjoy LLC is a company without any morals, character or honesty values. I ahfe bought products from them for afew years. However, they took on a different MO in 2023 when they were charging me through PayPal for my product subscription every 90 days. The forst occurence was Oct 2023 when they charged me (and despite many follow up emails necer shipped my product until 3 months later). The same occured again on May 31, 2024 and still have not received my shipment as of July 18, 2024.
      I reached out to Petjoy LLC via a couple of emails on July 1, 2024 and other dates, but to no avail. Finally on July 16 and 17, 2024 I sent a very detailed email advising Petjoy that if I did not reaceive a response as to when I can expect to receive my product, I was going to file a complaint with PayPal.
      Well I received an email July 18, 2024 apologizing for any inconveneince and they offered me a 10% discount refund via PayPal on my current subscription order. They still never mention when the product will ship.
      I filed my complaint with PayPal and am hoping Petjoy will do the right thing and refund me teh balance of what I paid for goods I still never received.
      I strongly urge everyone to NOT consider doing business with this company as their MO has not changed since this all started for me in October 2023.

      The products that I received are wonderful but that's if you can get them. I ordered last year the daily multivitamin for my dogs but it took me five and a half months to get it. They said it was a one-time problem with shipping and I ordered last month and it has already been 5 weeks and I have not received this order and their customer service phone number is out of service.

      I placed a order on 4/13/24 and haven't received my products for $96.95 yet and when I call the company they tell you to go online and I did that but you can't get ahold of any one and get no response at all. They keep saying when I went online that they found my order and are shipping as quickly as possible. I was told if I wanted to Cancel I would have to send the product back to get a refund but since I never got the products how can I send them back for a refund if you never received the product.

      I have purchased several products from this company and was using their subscription services. I was charged in December,2023 and never received my product. In March I spoke to O*** who said that they showed no product had been shipped and that he was escalating my order. I just spoke with O*** again today, 04/30/24 and he showed no product had been shipped. I asked for a full refund and to cancel my account. He then proceeded to provide me with a return address and a rma# to ship back the product at my expense that I never received or was even shipped. This is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

      This company is horrible and scams people out of their money... They try to get you with a free sample and then charge you for a subscription that was not authorized for 96.95 and 6.95
      They have information that they should not have...They have a phone number ive not had in over 2 years plus my billing and shipping address thats connected to my bank card..I called both of their numbers and Ohmar answered every time and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Ohmar lied to me several times and said their are no refunds even though he kept saying that there is a 30 day money back guarantee and kept trying to sell me products I did not order in the first place. I called several times back to back and the same man kept answering and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor. I want criminal charges filed against this company considering all the reviews I have read the consumer protection agency should be involved and filing criminal actions against this company. I have had to call my bank and the cyber crime unit with the FBI for identity theft considering they have my information and old information using it to charge money for products that were not ordered and forcing me to pay for them and deal with all the crap thats coming with it. They are literally charging charges under a wrong phone number thats not been mine for almost 3 years and using my address and my bank information to obtain these charges. The 8th of this month Jan and the today the 29th. I would think if i had ordered the product that it would have delivered in 30 days but no products from this company has ever come to this address and I have not ordered any from this company. I want my money back and have filed criminal complaints with the FBI field office and now BBB and the bank. I will be filing with the consumer protection agency as well. and Im sorry I shouldnt have to leave a star rating they are criminals they do not get a star rating

      This company charged me on subscription even my choice was one time purchase, I received a delivery even after I cancelled my subscription , I received two times packages and I was charged $96.95, they do not have any contact information in their website except their address, like please do not call us or email us, after the recent shipment yesterday for the third time, I googled a number, was lucky to get some one to answer this time, I explained I am receiving for the third time delivery where I canceled my account long time ago.
      the rep said I will cancel your order now, you need to ship back the package so when we receive it will refund you within 20 days. It looks like I have to pay to ship this package I did not want back to their address. all I hope for they cancel the account for real and they stop charging me.

      Hello Mr. E*******. We performed an extensive search in our system for a purchase under the name and email you provided to the Better Business Bureau. We were unable to locate an account with the charges you mentioned in your complaint. We do see two purchases made this year, but both were single purchases and not affiliated with a subscription program. We were also unable to locate a call or email from you with regard to your inquiry. Thank you

      I ordered one sample bottle of joint pain medication for our dog and now I supposedly have a "subscription" for $97.00 a month. I didn't order any such thing. I've cancelled everything through Paypal and called this 'business' to get a refund for something I never received but they refuse. This is a scam. NO STARS. SCAM COMPANY. Was on hold for half an hour! NO STARS. MINUS STARS. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

      Hello Mr. W***** Your initial purchase on 5/20/2023 was for our Sample Program. Upon purchasing the sample order, you are required to accept our Billing Terms & Conditions as they are stated on the payment page. In order to process your initial $6.95 payment, acceptance of our terms is compulsory. Terms state: “I understand that unless I cancel within 21 days by emailing [email protected] or calling 888-344-8974, I will be sent a three-month supply of (Product) for just $90 and applicable sales tax beginning 21 days from now and every 90 days thereafter. Cancel anytime, for any reason. The sample is yours to keep.” On August 9, 2023, we show record of your call with one of our care agents. During that call, you were informed we could not refund your first 90 day order due to the its being delivered to your residence. We do require a return of merchandise in order to process a refund. We would be happy to assist you if you require additional help. Thank you

      I ordered an item that included a separate free item. I received those items and then I have a charge of $47.97 go thru my bank after I had already paid for the previous stated items. I then I had another charge in the amount of 96.95 go thru my bank. I looked on their website to find they have added me to a subscription plan for the previous items and also ordered me 3 other items which I did not order. I have not received them yet but i got a notice they are on the way. I tried calling two different numbers and got put on hold and no one ever answered me while I was on hold so I had to hang up. I never subscribe to anything ever before I try it for a month to see if they work for my dogs...and they do not so I wasnt planning on ordering anything else from this company. I would like my money reimbursed and I will definately be done with this company.

      I would give no stars they charge both my accounts after I had already canceled my subscription they owe me over $100 and I want my money back can't even get a hold of the people to talk to them about anything the number they have provided on their website is phony and has nothing but elevator music for hours on end with nobody picking up and willing to help give me back my money do not go through them!
