    On Tuesday, 12/3/24, Tu ***** **** was driving a D-Air Conditioning truck and struck and broke a basketball hoop in front of my house while parking at a construction site. I approached him and he admitted to breaking my property. He gave me his drivers license and said that his company would reimburse me for the damaged basketball hoop. I called D-Air on 12/4/24 and spoke to *****. She said that the driver told them about the incident and that they would reimburse me $600 for the basketball hoop. She said someone would drop off the money that day. Nobody came that day, so I called back on 12/5/24. Again she said that somebody would drop off the money that day. Again, nobody came to my house. I called D-Air Conditioning back 12/6/24 and ***** said the company has decided it was the drivers fault and that they would not be reimbursing me. She said i should track down the driver personally and get the money from him. This seems very unprofessional and borderline illegal. I would like D-Air to reimburse me for the damage that their truck did to my property while being driven by a D-Air employee.
