    We recently had our side yard and walkway to our back yard done by AGT and they disappointed us. Although the end result looks ok, the horrible customer service by the project manager, made us no longer want to do business with them on our bigger project. We were supposed to start the job on a Tuesday, the project manager ****** stated that due to delays, our job needs to start Wednesday, then we were told it would not start until Thursday but it rained. Then we were told it would not start until Friday but it rained that day, then we were told Saturday , however on Saturday after calling the project manager we received no response ( they already had our deposit) by late Saturday we got a hold of the project manager and we ask for our money back but ****** stated please give them till Sunday and they will make sure it all gets done in 1 day and that they would arrive at 8am. ****** arrives and 8 am arrives and no one shows. The crew came at 10am and worked for 1.5 hours, but did not have the supplies they should have had since last Tuesday and had to leave and go get it. They were gone for 4 hours (Ridiculous) arrived back and started working but because they started so late, they did not finish the job, so they had to come back on Monday. On Monday they arrived 30 minutes late, however completed the job but the pavers leading to my gate were not leveled so some of the pavers move and are not solid. ****** knew of our disappointment but made no attempts of giving us a discount on this job or a credit back and had the audacity to ask if we will use them for our bigger job and would give me a discount for that. Horrible customer service. Although it turned out decent, and the actual installers were nice (even willing to work with me with a translator since I only spoke English and ****** who does speak English was never there to inform them of the design I wanted) it could have been better and was rushed and a 1 day job took almost a week.
