**** quoted me $400 and billed me for $560. I called around for quotes after getting brand new upholstery in my 2003 Chaparral. I told everyone I called the condition of the gel coat but that I don't need upholstery cleaning cause it was new. most people were in the $350-$600 range but **** sounded like he was an honest guy, he proved me wrong. Before he showed up he said it would be about 5 hours, when he arrived he said it should be fine cause he wouldn't have to spend the time on the upholstery. halfway through he was complaining that it was harder than he thought. This is his "field of expertise" not mine. he said don't worry, we're gonna take care of you. At 12:45 he text me a bill for $560. $160 more than he quoted me and less than one and a half hours longer. After a bit of back and forth with the bait and switch I paid him. I felt like if I didn't pay him he was going to s**** his helper who did most of the work. One thing I hate is dishonesty and greed. He saw an opportunity and instead of choosing a lifelong customer he chose $160. I hope you read this and choose another detailer. Plenty of people can detail, that's never the problem. Finding a reliable honest one is the struggle.

Not one word of what this character, **** ******* says is true, and I will take his absolutely bogus review apart.
    1) I never give quotes, or a solid price; I give estimates only, because I dont know what someones RV, car, truck, trailer, or boat looks like, and often times people will either unknowingly or knowingly misrepresent what they have, and then I would be stuck either doing the job for the price that I quoted, or walking away. JP told me that he had a 2003 ***************************************** that it was a deck boat, and that it was very severely oxidized. I gave him an estimate of $22 per foot, and that is $440, not $400
    2) Upon arrival, I told JP that due to the heavy oxidation on this 22 year old boat that we would definitely go over budget, but I wasnt sure how much, because I just cant tell until I get deep into it how bad the oxidation is, and how long it is going to take. I told him that it would easily be $100 more, and I said that I hoped that due to the good condition of his interior that it might all even out, but I wouldnt know until I was finished. This is exactly what I said, he nodded his head in agreement, and said OK.
    3) The conversation he says we had about me complaining about the difficulty, and that I said dont worry Im going to take care of you, never happened. He is outright LYING.
    4) At 11:30 AM, 5 hours after we started, we reached $440, we worked another 1.5 hours, and that is where the extra $120 came from. and his boat sparkled like a brand new dime, which he never mentioned, did he?
5)JP told on himself just what kind of person he is with the character assassination of me, publicly smearing my honesty and integrity, claiming that I might s**** my helper out of money, and that I am dishonest, greedy, and that my helper did most of the work.
