    - Poor contact information. Their number on Zalo messenger only connects you to their ****** branch, which has no communication with their US counterpart. This led to a lot of confusion.- Poor instructions. Wrote exactly what they told me to write on the shipping box, when shipping to their California center. Luckily we had a tracking number. After messaging them on several platforms they finally told us additional information that we needed to put on the box. Also: they only mentioned two locations, ***** and **********. So we paid the $100 for shipping to ********** due to the cheaper overseas price per pound; why does it say there's a closer ****** location on the website then?- Poor communication. The person at the California office was objectively incompetent. Could barely communicate. Without introducing themselves they sent an anonymous message: "Tell me your information." Why not preface this with, "Hi, this is Viet Xpress regarding..."?- Wrong payment information. They provided the wrong ***** email address in an automated (transactional) email. I had to ask them several times to give me the right Gmail.- Damaged items on arrival. The vitamins we received were fused and melted, the plastic severely dented.
