      I ordered a Halloween costume and they sent me the wrong one. They sent me a return label and told me I had to print it out that day and send it out in order for them to send me the correct one. I don't have a printer and was not able to do that. So I had to rebuy my original costume again in order to have a costume in time for Halloween. Now I'm out $60(ish) and am stuck with a costume I don't like and will never wear. I don't expect it free or anything like that but on the other hand 1 day? I've had this happen before (different company) and I've been sent my correct order right away and was given 30 days to return or be charged for the item. This was not my mistake.

      The customer received an incorrect item than the one they had ordered. To resolve this issue, we follow our company's procedure and a return label is issued to the customer to have the incorrect costume exchanged for the correct item. As a small business, we follow this procedure as it is what best works for us and our customers. 

      The customer informed us that the item was needed urgently for Halloween, only days away. We asked that the customer have the incorrect item shipped back that same day, if possible, so that they are able to receive their item in time for Halloween. The return label did have a time limit, as to abide by the customer's urgency, however this time limit could be extended per customer request. 

      The customer informed us that they did not have a printer to print the return label and placed a new order instead. We did not receive any further contact from the customer in regard to the incorrect item. Unlike other companies, we do not have the authorization to make additional charges to our customers
