    This business lacked proper communication and downplayed my concerns about my ear piercing. It swelled to the point that I had headaches and swelling behind my ear. They told me its normal and I let them know my other piecing I got the same day on the other ear didnt swell at all neither did any other ones I got beforehand. I asked the to get a different longer post for my eat the wanted to charge even though I told them before they did it seemed too short. I spoke with a manager ***** on 10/18/2022 and let them know 10/08/2022 I got my helix pierced and its swelling. I told her I went on 10/17/2022 and the girl told me over the phone come in and get it changed, but failed to tell me it was a fee, so I left. She said come back Ill let them know its free and you can get a longer post. I came in to LuLus on 10/22/2022 and told them what the manager said and I had to wait almost an hour to be seen while the same girl that helped me stood around. She then told me to come to the back and it seemed she was being told in her earpiece to let me know that she could not change it since it may hurt my ear even though it could swell again. I told her its still too short for me to have room in the event it swells again. It seems she was given a script in her earpiece. I didnt see a license, neither did she introduce herself. This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time and priorities. They were willing to change my post the first time if I payed, and when I came back and it was supposed to be free, they changed their minds again. They wanted me to pay more money for their mistake. They have similar complaints on ****** and yelp. They also mention to have top of the line jewelry but there is no proof of that. In total I have visited this place 2 times within two weeks of my initial piercing with no resolution. I think the business needs to be investigated and held accountable for all the people they have mistreated and selfishly took advantage of.
