    **** and his team helped me with all that mundane,boring court paperwork so I didn't have to go to court until my hearing date. They did everything including serving the person who hit my car. They must have done the paperwork correctly plus gave me details on what to expect because I won! I am sorry that it took me so long to post a review because they were great and deserve the praise. Better late than never I guess. Highly recommended!

    I would recommend never doing business with this company. The two most important people that needed to be served in my family law case never got served. The mother and the father of the child were never served which caused me to lose my case. In the beginning when I opened dialogue with JPL, I gave them two addresses for the father of the child, they neglected to even try both addresses. I had to send a second request for service to the father. They never got the father or the mother of the child served. I lost my case because those were the two people that needed to be served. Then they charge for non-service because they attempted to serve. They didn't do their job. If your case is important to you and you want to win your case, please do not use this process service company!

    **** and the Staff in the office are a godsend. They worked a miracle service for myself and my kids. **** was helpful over the phone even in my time of duress. He understands that people have difficulty dealing with the courts and documents that are a part of any case and attempts to explain the process in basic terms that we all understand. ****, I appreciate your help and your offices polite and courteous demeanor when I have had to come to you all in a time of need. Thank you again!

    I think JPL Process the owner ***************************, struggles to take responsibility for the unethical behavior of his office staff, and because he struggles to communicate ethics policy to *****, Nella and *******, known as the Office Manager or Office Personnel who flagrantly will hang up the phone in customer face, will not escalate the call when they are called out for the wrong or incorrect billing they will not transfer the call to the owner where you can report their harmful and offensive behavior, even would reference discrimination and derogatory remarks such as: " what you can't spell" " don't call here again Bitch" all tones directly use to be offensive and discriminatory toward their black customers. Don't Not Do Business with *************

    Kimbly ordered several services over a couple of months time frame. The services were completed as requested, but she has failed to pay and has an outstanding balance due for services she requested and has failed to remit payment to us.Her own clients have contacted me directly and asked if JPL Process Service LLC would handle the services that we were able to accomplish through Kimbly, for them directly. I assume they do not want to deal with her fun personality either or maybe it is discriminatory; because it couldnt be that you are just an unpleasant person to deal with Kimbly. Please cease contact! I have already asked you over email to cease all communications to JPL Process Service LLC in any manner, leaving fake reviews everywhere is not going to help your collections, harassment, and slander complaint.

    I am a Co-Chair to attorneys, in the practice of handling consumer complaints litigation as my profession. The posting is to warn consumer and bring awareness to the bad actors ********************** has working for him in his office and just maybe, they will learn too due better. I needed JPL Process service to (effectively) complete a 2nd summons and complaint and proof of service to the ************* the Proof of Service was "REJECTED" because the server failed to insert " 2nd Amended Complaint into the proof of service causing me to pay more for reservicing. I called JPL Process and spoke with ***** and ****** regarding the mistake who immediately, became ruled and very difficult to resolve the discrepancy. On May 5, 2022, I received an email from *****, indicating I owed $500 on an unpaid invoices that appeared to be the invoices I had paid twice to three times already, I reached out to speak with **********************, to review the invoice to make sure I owed as ***** and Nella claimed, as he was out of the office and I asked I could leave a voice message as to stopping the incorrect invoice from coming to my email. *****, claimed she was not able to do stop the invoice from coming to my email address. I said I understand the request was " above her pay grade" and asked if I can leave a voice message. As I meant no disrespect she became offended and hung up the phone in my face. I called again, attempting to leave a voice mail with **********************, and ****** answered the phone and I asked If I could speak with **********************, and ****** for the 1st time ****** informed me he was not in and I asked If I can leave a message and she too unhung up the phone in my face. I called again, ****** answered and I asked If I could speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold, *******, came to phone and I explained to him, that I was trying to resolve the invoices in questions and ***** and Nella were being abusive towards me for no reason... he said " they told you ********************** was in"... I said yes they did and all I've asked them to do is "transfer the call so, that I can leave a message and ******************, said he do have a answer service machine where I can leave a message and I said I left message for him before and ******************, said "BITCH" Stop Calling Here" No if that is not unethical behavior then, I don't know what is. I look for to holding all *****, Nella and ******* accountable for their abusive and hostile and discriminatory action in ************************* where I will ask the Judge to Order a lie detective test be taken due to the false allegation shard to a third party report giving by ****** ****** and ****************** to **********************, who should take the customer complaint seriously verse accusing the customer of being a bad actor in order to justify the behavior of individual who a closely related to him.
