    BUSINESS CHARGED FOR CERTIFIED **************** THEY DID NOT MAIL IT BY CERTIFIED MAIL NOR MAIL IT PROPERLY. ENVELOPE WAS NOT SEALED EITHER. PASSPORT WAS NEVER RECVEIVED.

    Dear Better Business Bureau and *******************:

    Thank you for your letter, and sorry for the late reply. In regards to the situation with **********, it is as follows. 

    ********** came to our office to renew a Vietnamese passport. She requested that the renewed passport be mailed to her home address. We completed the renew & sent the passport to her via certified mail and texted her the receipt for the certified mail. The attached image is the image of the confirmation number for the certified mail. Four days after the passport was mailed to **********, she called us and told us that she never received anything in the mail. We checked the tracking number, and according to the tracking number (attached image) it was delivered. After that ********** contacted the post office with the tracking number to complain as to why she did not receive the certified mail
    Three days following that, the post office delivered to her the envelope. ********** then took a picture of the envelope and sent it to us, empty without contents (attached picture). We diligently renewed ************** passport and sent it to her via certified mail. The error with late arrival, missing mail, and lost contents belongs to the post office.

    We offer to help her renew the lost passport without any additional office fee $60. (which we initially charges her) the service fee

    I hired this location to add my wife in my car ****** for DMV they changed me $45 DMV s fee is only $15. I trusted this business and they speak ********** and English. I didnt realize they spell my wife wrong. Her name is ***** *****************. They typed TINH. Its a big mistake. They are ********** should typo Tinh instead of *****( totally different name). I didnt ask for anything but corrected they mistake(typo). They dont but make me to pay $50. Once again I paid them for the service if anything is wrong they shouldnt charge me. They ended up by blaming us. The service fee is 3 times as DMVs so it should cover liability to fix if any mistake. Today I read yelps reviews wow very bad. BBB please reach out to this business to help me and others ********** who dont know what their right is. They should not do business like ********** style in *******. Thank you.
