    I ordered online these pills for $59. Then a little while later I get a text that my credit card was being charged $159. Plus $59 I tried calling them could not get through so I emailed them to cancel, then I called the bank cancel transaction and dispute it. They credited me back for a couple days and then they recharged me telling me that, I process this and call them , I didn’t mind be charged $59 is $159. I’m questioning I’ve gone back-and-forth with both the bank and the people and they tell me to call the bank and the bank tells me to call them. I did this in September when I called them back the third time they said if I send back the product they give me a refund I sent back to product And I haven’t gotten a refund and they told me it’s been closed. I have to talk to the bank. I’m on a fixed income and I didn’t know this was a scam till after I read the reviews but I called the same day and couldn’t get a hold of the retailer that’s when I called the bank . So I’m out all this money.

    I sent you my credit card when I called the same day and canceled, and then they recharge me and then canceled and recharge me



    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
