    I have had nothing but great experiences with The Waterbed Doctor. I bought a hard side bed from them a few years back. They sent my bed right away and all the pieces were in great condition. The truck driver was pleasant and even carried the parts to the curb for me. Then, I bought sheets and cloth covered covers that go over the hard sides and make it easier to sit on the edge of the bed. I wound up upgrading my mattress to a waveless. I had to shop around, in their website, but I found one that suited me, without a problem as their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. Recently, after my things had been in storage, and someone had drained my mattress wrong, I needed to buy a new mattress. Due to circumstances that were out of their control, the manufacturer was delayed and I had to wait an extra week. I also bought a motorized drain that worked splendidly.I always get the same great service with great prices. I will continue to shop with The Waterbed Doctor and keep referring them to my friends and in groups on social media. Thank you Waterbed Doctor.

    On Nov. 26, 2022, I ordered a waterbed mattress, liner, and non-pillow-top cover ($300). After receiving the items, I questioned whether the cover was really a non-pillow top because it was quite thick and rigid. I sent e-mails on Dec. 7, Dec. 10, and Jan. 14 to try to ask about an exchange or return. When I called in early Dec., I was told that Waterbed Doctor had received my e-mail and would respond soon. I never received an e-mail from Waterbed Doctor other than the confirmation of my order. I was going to miss the return policy stated on their website, so I mailed back the cover at a *** cost of $123. On Jan. 29, I did get a credit of $250. The waterbed products are great. The customer service was not so responsive, though.
